I've lost over $150.00 in product misdelivery by FedEx. They treated me like I was a liar and thief in all but one situation where they got their driver to pick up my package from the wrong address and bring it to me. As a disabled person, roaming the neighborhood looking for my purchases is not, nor should be, an option. FedEx customer service almost induced a stroke from their nasty behavior.

They dont print label for you, but there is a printer that you can pay and print yourself (without any help! ) the return label.

FedEx quoted a price of $63 for an overnight envelope. After it was delivered, and FedEx adjusted the $63 to $96. I will never use them again. Total scam.

I came in today 9/2/2021 at 12:39, stood at the counter for literally 10 minutes and the gentleman that was working in that area did not greet me, did not ask if I needed help or anything. I had to ask a worker who was working in an entirely different area could they help me. Better customer service is needed.
