I just found out the shipping department is different from the copy side. I have only received excellent customer service. My wait time is minimum. I am a regular customer on a weekly basis. Use both sides.

There were 3 employees and I was not even recognized for 19 minutes and then I had to ask for help to be recognized.

The redhead named Julie needs to be fired. Clueless and useless employee not to mention rude. I needed to add a signature to my label and one lady tried to help me (she also needs training but at least was nice). I am a Director of New Business at a billion dollar company and havenāt seen worse customer service. I used to work retail so was shocked. the first nice girl didnāt know the answer to my question nor did she offer to pull up my account and create a label like they have done in the past. I asked her if Julie/readheaded girl would know so she called her over. Julie never came. So I called out for her, and she came with an attitude and said āyou need to go to your shipmentsā, mind you she said this so snarkily with confidence you would think she knew something about her job. I showed her my phone and said okay where do i go to get the label and she stayed quiet, I told them Iāve recreated this shipment multiple times and when I finalize it doesnāt show me the label. she stayed quiet so i asked ādo you know?ā and she goes no and doesnāt even bother to try to look at my phone to figure it out, I ask her you donāt know where to go on the website? she rudely looks at me and goes ānope!! weāre not trained on thatā flips around and walks away. Then the other girl says i need to call customer service and they can email me the label. Meanwhile I have a hungry baby at home, i literally cannot go home and come back, the shipment is for my employee who had a stroke. They give me phone number to call. I call them in my car and GUESS WHAT. they gave me THEIR phone number because Jordan, the only person who is useful at that location answered saying Jordan at i20. Iāve been to this fedex for YEARS and Jordan is the only person worth saving there. He actually has customer service mindset. I downloaded the app and bam the labels popped up. Took it to a different fedex never going to this one again. I donāt work at fedex and figured out downloading the app might work if website isnāt. Brainless people!

Jordan is FANTASTIC! He made a very frustrating project that I had issues with from other printing places seamless and perfect! He was so kind and helpful as well! Thank you Jordan! 10 stars!! Iāll definitely be back because of him!

They delivered my package to the wrong apartment, took a picture, and didn't even show what apartment number they left it at. I tried contacting them, and I was told they would contact me. And after a week of no contact, they closed the case I had opened.

I went in to return a package to Samsung and was Samson received they said the package was empty and it looked like someone opened and replaced it and now I'm in the process of filing a claim with FedEx and trying to get my money back

We trust fedex to handle and ship important valuable items. Between dropping my box to local store and my recipient the box was delivered and the content Inside a cell phone was gone.

I felt the need to leave a review because I saw so many horrible reviews about this place that I was dreading coming here, but.... it was genuinely an extremely nice experience & I don't get the hate at all??
Dropped by for a Walmart return & there was zero line, zero wait; the employees in the back came immediately up to the front to help me out. The girl who helped me (I think her name was Jamiyah?? Should've looked harder at the name tag š) was extremely sweet and welcoming, they processed my return immediately, and the other employee (Spencer I think?) was friendly and laughing with her.
Both staff members were great, I was in and out in legit like 2 minutes, and the whole experience honestly kinda improved my opinion of FedEx as a while! (Unlike UPS, which can suck farts š)
