Terrible. They said they attempt to deliver the package. Which isn’t true. No paper work was left at the door. I have been home all day! FedEx is horrible!!!!!

Awful awful awful. My shipment was split between two drivers. The First Gentleman did amazing. The second driver, got all the way near my house and then decided to return to the terminal without delivering my package.
Customer support did not do enough to ensure I would get my package by end of day and yet I’m still here tracking down my delivery. This is awful customer experience and should be looked into as no one has anything remotely nice to say about this hub.
Whole day ruined, waiting for my packages…

My order has been sitting at the terminal for going on 3 days now and has yet to be delivered. I live less than 3 miles from the terminal. Already past the promised delivery date.

Horrific Experience. Calling the 1800 gets you Pakistan. That's so stupid and horrible customer service to handle local discrepancies. I'm waiting for two very expensive packages arrived to Arlington scheduled to my address arrive between 1100 am - 1:00 pm that requiredsignstures. FedEx decides to send the two packages with two drivers. Idiotic!!! One arrives after 4 pm the other never showed up (Juan). I wasted one full day because a signature is required upon receipt. The tracking showed Juan 15 min from my home at 5:00 pm for two hours. Thank God for the United States Postal Service they don't out source to foreigners to answer US questions. I will request future packages be shipped via UPS because logistically this wasted my time and cost me a day of productivity. Arlington, Texas area customers and clients beware of expecting good service from this area. My spouse and clients experience the same issues earlier this year. Management need to view their driver routes and efficiency deliveries.

The FedEx Arlington Texas location has been playing games with my packages for a couple of years now. I have a package now that I've been waiting for since sunday. The item was to arrive on sunday, stated that it was out for delivery at 5:50 in the morning on August 10th. It is now August 14th and I have made several calls to Federal Express attempting and speaking to supervisors that have not followed up or returned a call only to see that they've escalated it in my app and have not updated it since August 12th. This has been going on too long and I'm starting to believe that they are intentionally misplacing packages. The driver today which was the same driver who was supposed to deliver my previous item stated as he looked me directly in the eye that he remembers delivering my package the previous sunday. How in the world would someone who delivers hundreds of packages in 4 days remember that. But what I remember is that there are no entrances by Federal Express on my front porch or in front of my home the whole entire day. What I also know is that the tracking number was never closed out as delivered. So, I sit and wait while no one on a management level has the courtesy from The hub or from Federal Express after multiple calls and several hours trying to explain my situation over and over to different individuals who provide empty promises and never get back to me! As a disabled individual it will be my intention to file a complaint with any agencies that I possibly can as I believe since my complaint I am being singled out and my packages are being incorrectly delivered or not delivered at all. As well as my app does not show my packages anymore nor does the tracking numbers show delivered. When I read the reviews for Federal Express you think they would really try harder especially with all the competition out there. However they continue to hire individuals that could care less about their jobs and their management is even more lackadaisical than their drivers. I must admit I have seen their drivers working their tails off. however, they don't take pride in their work or making sure that they're delivering properly and the management absolutely is deplorable. SHAME ON YOU FEDEX!!! 💩

I recently started working at FedEx, where I worked 13-hour days without knowing how the pay system works since I was accustomed to getting paid hourly. Not only did I discover that overtime pay wouldn’t be added to my daily earnings, but I also realized that I had delivered over 100 packages for only $400. This experience was incredibly frustrating and made me realize that paying someone that low for such demanding work is unacceptable. I will never accept such a pay rate again. It was definitely a valuable lesson learned.

If I could give a ZERO I would . My packages are never delivered property . It doesn’t matter where I order from it’s ALWAYS an issue with this FedEx to deliver my packages ! It so inconvenient ! Packages always say delivered but never are able to be located . Call CS for additional information on the packages just to talk to someone who tells you the same thing you can read online then offer to do a claim THAT NEVER GETS RESOLVED! I’m so over FedEx ! Prices are too expensive for their service to be this TRASH

“Supervisora” and “managers “ they don’t know how to talk to employs. Plus they don’t give break they want you to be working like a slave. And if the supervisor doesn’t like you. They will put you to load a truck by your self without training you . And if you speak Spanish expect them to discriminate you. They change your schedules without telling you . And their app to see the schedules it's sucks. I don’t recommend this placed to work at all. Sorry.

I had a package coming from eBay's Authentication Center containing an expensive bag, on Sunday morning the tracking updated to 'Delivered' and the signature was simply the name on the package, no actual photo or written sugnature...needless to say it seems as though either the driver took the package, or it was delivered to the completely wrong address.
