Terrible first the driver drove by my place twice then Mark undeliverable second I went to pick up my package first it wasn't there then they lost it the third day I finally got it after receiving a call from HR terrible if u can get a package anyway other way I advise it

Have received 2 deliveries from FedEx this week, both left at the front of the driveway by the street, where anyone can decide to claim it before we get home from work. The first time, the driver saw my husband (who happened to be home) on the porch (my husband waved) and just set the box in the driveway and drove off. The second time, (today) neither of us are home and had to find someone else to retrieve the package. I called customer service to make a complaint and was told if I wanted front door delivery, I had to leave special instructions for the driver. Since when is front door delivery not a standard practice? UPS and Amazon ALWAYS deliver to the front door, no special instructions required. Come on, FedEx, do better.

Cool place to work but a certain employee, is always smoking Marijuana in the parking lot between shifts. Plus she's always starting fights with coworkers. Very unpleasant, immature, and unprofessional. Especially because management does nothing. Maybe because she's having an affair with Dylan the supervisor.

My worst experience, not only waiting an entire week for my package which i didn't receive it always says that I am not at but I was , even at the pick up location i waited like 2 hr and called lo 30 times and nobody seems to care. I don't know what else to do to get my package

I have no idea how they are still in business. They constantly deliver our packages to the wrong address or leave it no where near our door because they refuse to take it up the stairs. Clearly they can’t hire enough employees and pay them well enough to care about their deliveries. Customer service is horrible. People pretending to be managers, saying they will tag their name to a case number and don’t, literally lie over the phone just to get you off the phone.

The people and the facility went about and beyond helping hold my package at their facility. But the Customer Service people were no help at all. Due to them misspelling my street it caused a HUGE delay all because of the language barrier issue. VERY DISAPPOINTED. won't use delivery service again.

This place is terrible. They want you to load 2 to 3 trucks with over a 150 items per trucks by yourself..over worked! Then you get absolutely no breaks.72$ is not enough for his kind of work.since it's 18$ a hour.

Drivers, pull up to gate that has security bldg. Guard comes out open gate go left around to door 30. Check in,drop trailer they will dock it and bring back to you. Park in front of door 30- 19. Traffic runs clockwise I believe around building back to security gate. Real easy!Thanks FedEx!

The drivers that makes deliveries from this location steals customers package not only had this happened once BUT twice. So beware get yourself an alternative route of getting your packages delivered to you.
