Literally called earlier to ask about a package. The lady hung up mid sentence I’ve call back 8 times with no response about MY package if you didn’t want to do your job you shouldn’t have came to work today

Rude customer service over the phone, female worker likes to hang up on customers. & when I realized i called twice asking if they were hiring she just hung up, i really hope she isn’t the owner!! negative stars please .

I had a DHL return and had to drive a bit to this location. I walked in, was greeted and dropped off the package. The associate reminded me to take a picture for tracking which was helpful.

How is this lady still in business? RUDE and RACIST. I met a client to notarize documents that she printed at this location. The client had a high-attention teen and she was trying to have her documents notarized to get him help. The client, her son, and I were not in the way of customers coming in. To start she was on her phone discussing the mishap at a wedding she went to. The client was very attentive to her teen and trying to be considerate of my time that she messed up on the documents. She ask the lady can she have another copy, the lady finished her conversation before heading to the counter to help her. The lady rudely told us to hurry up. I asked for her managers number or corporate number. She stated there’s no one above her. I then explained that the client used her services so why is she rushing us. She then told the client to go back to her country and she is calling the police. Prior to that conversation we was wrapping up her signing. I’m a mobile notary and was not aware the client needed documents printed until I arrived. I thought it was a good place to complete the signing since she use her printer and a signing takes 10-15 mins or less, but her teen brought upon a few distractions not bothering anyone, that made things a little longer. I tried to remain professional until she told the client to go back to Mexico. I don’t wish bad on anyone but word of mouth kills, just look at all the bad reviews. I’m a review reader and leaver this lady should not have space in the community.

This postal center is convenient for my location and the staff are always professional, courteous, and efficient. They have helped me with several different needs and I am thinking of getting a mailbox here as well. Highly recommend the Fielder Postal Center for all mailing needs!
