I ordered online for same day pick up order, but was never notified that my order is ready. I have been calling to see what was going on, but the phone rings and rings.. finally when someone picks it up they hang up on you. The shoes I ordered were a gift for Christmas.

Worse customer service I had ordered some shoes bc they didn’t have her size n they lied about the shipping day. When I specifically told him I needed them by her bday. Manager couldn’t do anything about it. Never buying shoes from this place
