Sorry big time. Went in for a flat tire. After inspection service staff said it wasn't able to fix bc of tire plug we put in to get to Firestone.
So he tried to sell a new tire.
Im a master mechanic and aviation mechanic 40yr.
Folk's dont fall for this BS.
Explain to me how a rubber plug can damage tire?
So if i pull the plug out and stick a nail in it. They can repair it. BS.
I went else where fixed $20
Firestone sells tire, but not to me.
Dummy didn't know crap
Pantego area..
Have a nice day.

Had tires put on and they busted a hub cap on my truck. There was no noise when I pulled in but when I pulled out after service I heard a noise coming from the front of the truck. I found the front hub cap busted on the front. I have talked to Jacobe and Ian about the problem and can't get them to replace the hubcap. Been trying since the end of Nov 2024. But they just want to argue about the problem. They ordered the wrong hub cap said they would order the right one but never did even call back.

Be cautious…The employees at this location just lie and try to upsell you on your car maintenance. I went in for an emissions test and failed at this location with no faulty codes, when I asked what was the issue I was told they need to do a diagnostic test that would be $159 and the repair that could help me pass would potentially be $449. The information I received just didn’t sound right for some reason so I decided to go with a 2nd opinion…WITH THE SAME COMPANY, just a different location on the SAME EXACT DAY…and somehow passed the emissions inspection. How do I go from potentially paying $608 in testing, repairs, and labor but then turn around and pass the inspection the same day? I have been a customer with Firestone since 2013 and this location full of liars and lack of integrity has me rethinking my loyalty to this business.

If I could give 0 stars I would I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. All my lights were on the dash board they ran a diagnostics test told me I had a blown head gasket and that I needed a whole new motor quoted me for $16,000. Took my car to another shop come to find out there was sludge building up in the motor just needed to get the motor flushed out. I wasted $140 just for them to run a test which didn’t do any good because they gave me inaccurate information. If you are a female please have a male take your vehicle or with you to this shop because they will try to get over the best way they can.

We have called and up to corporate and still have no response from any type of management. We have been customers for over 20 yrs and will no longer use them due to the poor management and the uncaring and non response management.

your crew was very informative and aware of the progress with my vehicle. I had my front end alignment checked and oil change. I had them check to see if there were any other issues that I might need and they found that my vehicle battery was in need of being replaced so I had that done also alsome job

Drop off in the morning was very smooth, they searched my plate number before I walked in and had my account all pulled up, super easy. However, I took my car in due to the battery light being on, they said they fixed the issue so I went and paid and got out to my car and the battery light was still on. I went back inside and the man at the front desk essentially said there was nothing they could do.. pretty disappointing.. went to a different mechanic nearby who fixed the problem within a couple hours.

I brought my car in for a battery replacement on 1/25. The following day after they replaced the battery I had stopped at the gas station and upon trying to start my car, the entire vehicle was without power. I popped the hood and felt the negative wire and terminal on the battery and found the cable was loose. I brought it back on 1/26 to have them fix it. The next day 1/27 I got fed up with my car after it losing all power for the third time and I pulled my car apart to find that the tech who "fixed" the problem on 1/26 just hammered a nail between the battery post and the cable end. I found that this did nothing to actually remedy the problem and after removing the nail and reinstalling the battery cable properly (tapping it down on the cable end with a socket and soft mallet) I notified the area manager of the issues I had regarding my battery replacement. I have no faith that the mechanics can do their job properly since they obviously can't install a battery properly.

All I'm going to say is, install cameras inside your vehicle, walk with the mechanic to your vehicle and video document everything from the moment you showed up, to the moment you leave. Never going to this Firestone again

They lied about being capable of doing a wheel alignment on my mercedes.. had to go there twice to try and get it straight as possible and still couldn’t get the job done. I was told to change parts on my suspension to get my wheels straight as possible. Bad customer service do not recommend this location

I scheduled an appointment to fix my drivers side door handle. I informed the representative and manager that the door handle On-the Left drivers side would not open the car door from the outside of the car as well as the inside of the car.I was quoted a price to fix the door handle.
I was told the part would be ordered and would be at the shop within 30 minutes. When I arrived the wrong door handle (black) was retrieved. I had to wait another 30 to 40 minutes for the correct door handle (crome) to arrive. After about 2 and half hours, the manager states to me that they would be closing the facility and they were unable to get the door open to fix the door handle. He stated I would need to return tomorrow to have the technician to remove my door.
I left with expectations of bringing the vehicle back the next day and as I was driving and stopped at the light I tried opening the door and the door opened. I made a u-turn and returned back to Firestone to inform the manager
After waiting for about 20 minutes, I was told my vehicle was completed.
When I got home I noticed that my key wouldn't lock or unlock the door. I also noticed a loud clicking noise when I opened the door. I manually locked the vehicle and was unable to get back in the vehicle because the key would not unlock the door.
I continued to manually play with the key in the key hole and eventually got the door unlocked. I had to leave the vehicle unlocked all night until the next day when once again I had to drive back to Firestone to have the door handle repaired properly.
In the course of the technician trying to open the door previously he broke the latch to the door. When I informed the manager, he refused to fix the issue. I also noticed that my window to this door no longer automatically opens properly.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE.

Firestone won’t mount or balance new tires unless they are their own product. Don’t waste time if you’re not buying tires there.
