when they put in the new pump, they cracked my radiator and then denied it. I had to go to a radiator place to get it replaced. It was not cracked when they put the pump in. Otherwise they would’ve told me that, and the radiator was actually 11 months old

I went here for about 10 years. No more. AC wasn't working this last time - the did a block test said water pump was out. $800. Something made me want a second opinion so I took it to another mechanic. Turns out the anti freeze was low - he topped it off for me no charge. He said he always gets people coming from Firestone because they try to rip you off. I went there so long who knows how much money they got from me. Never again Firestone.

I would have given the first question a 10 if it were not for the experience of paying for the service. First, the service given by Victor and his team is worth a 10. He runs a great program and I have been going to the same dealership for 12 years.
I went to pay and Victor could not find my account like he has been able to do in the past (I forgot to take my CFNA card with me). He tried 3 times, but no luck. I called the number on the back of the card for help and got a representative. I spent 20 minutes explaining the situation to him (Paul is his name), gave him the card number and all the info he asked for regarding myself. He then wanted to know how much my last payment was. I said, I'm trying to pick up my truck so I don't have that info with me. Paul said I would have to get my card and that my account was on hold because they needed more info from me. 20 minutes wasted while my son brought my card to me. Then Victor couldn't access my account so I used a different card to pay.

The personnel at Firestone are not concerned with my safety. They have declared my soft pedal brake issue resolved. My issue has not been resolved. My brakes are not repaired, nor are they safe to drive. They make it hazardous for my wellbeing and make it dangerous for those drivers with which I drive. The most disturbing aspect of the whole experience was the statement that I must pump my brakes to get them to work correctly, At this time, I'm done with Firestone.

I came on Nov 26 to get tires & oil change. They told me I needed struts and fuel injection flushed. I made appt for 11 next day for struts. I get there they say no one ordered the struts & they couldn’t get them there til 1 and it takes 4hrs to put on so I had to come back the day after thanksgiving at 7:30. I come back at 7:30am the day after thanksgiving and the struts were still not ordered. I had them order them in front of me. I missed my trip to IL & TN to spend holiday with my children because of this. When they ordered the part they said it will be there at 1. So Chase took me home. They called 2 hrs later saying they were done 10 am. They said part was going to come in at 1 and it takes 4 hrs to put on but they got the part & took off old struts put on new ones in 2 hours? I missed my trip. The 1st time on highway sincere then was Feb 15, my struts run the same and I have put a little over 2,000 on my car since Nov and it’s worse now than it ever was. I’m pretty ticked because I don’t believe they put the new ones on but charged me $700 labor, front wheel alignment plus parts =$1500ish. Someone told me to call corporate. And then only discounted me $20 for all the trouble they caused

They're trying to charge $150 for labor to change a basic old school headlight that takes maybe 30 minutes and you got to buy the headlight yourself

If we didn't have to wait for fifteen minutes while the front desk was on the phone, I would give it 5 stars. Six clients are standing and waiting for their turn.

Airbox clips left unclipped. This has happened multiple times with all 3 vehicles that I've brought in recently to this same location. Check your airbox clips before you leave to make sure they are secure.

They have Firestone cards that help out a lot for financial reasons, but they try and sell you adjustments that I doubt are all that necessary. Last time I was there, it was a long wait, and they said at one point, they made a mistake, but did correct it, and anyway, I was satisfied with my vehicle afterwards.

This the wort service I’ve ever had , Had my car scheduled for an alignment and tire balance , mechanic called me and recommended pet change which will cost me around $500, I said I don’t have capacity to do it now so leave the car as is , just do the tire balance and I’ll pick it up whenever it’s ready , when I picked up my car it was actually way worst , long story short Called back they say bring it back , when I got there , they insisted that there’s nothing they can do unless I change the part, and they can even try to bring the car they way it was before , they were very rude and not professional.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANY ONE WANT TO TAKE CARE OF HIS CAR .

Good service, decent people working there. Bit of a long wait but there's plenty of places close by to grab food or take care of errands while waiting.
