NEVER trust your vehicle to Firestone! I have NEVER had a good experience with them since my first car as a teenager. I haven't been there in many years for good reason, nothing has changed. You WILL be overcharged, and your vehicle WILL NOT be fixed and be even WORSE. I would never have let them touch my vehicle had I not been stranded out of town on a Saturday, in Huntsville, TX. They were the only place that said they could "fix" my vehicle. Just the right set up to be taken. Two different Firestone stores (Huntsville and Arlington) and $1400 later my vehicle is still not fixed. Don't even attempt to get help from their so-called customer service department. They do have actual live human-beings answering the phones but that is all they can do. No matter when you call there will not be anyone available with any authority to do anything to help you, except file your complaint and send an email to someone who may or may not get back to you in "2 business days"...I'm still waiting more than a week later for that call. The customer service reps claimed they do not have an upper-level manager or anyone over them they can call or contact. When I brought the vehicle into Arlington to fix the same problem Huntsville was supposed to fix I told them it had the same problem and also now making a loud noise. They diagnosed the issue as something different than Huntsville and of course, they would because that way they can charge me more money. If they diagnosed the same problem, they would have to fix it free. Forget that Triple Promise to fix it right the first time, for the right price and right time or it's free! When I got my vehicle back the loud noise was still there, and I'm told the mechanic heard the noise but that's not what it was brought in for, so he didn't write it up. So, either the counter person I spoke with when I brought it in didn't communicate what I told him about the noise, or the mechanic just didn't care. Ya'll, it's a loud roaring noise!! Who wants to drive around with a loud, roaring noise!! They just didn't care. And because it was the end of the day, they looked at it for a few minutes said they couldn't find the problem and to bring it back the next day. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO FIRESTONE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. 2/16/24 Update: I received an email survey today from Firestone's customer service. It was a joke! The survey had three questions and no space to write any comments. One question about the customer service rep, one question about if I would recommend them to family/friends and one other question they consider this telling them about my experience.

Each time I go there they try to sell you stuff you don't need. Went for an inspection and they failed my vehicle due to 'needing a new tire' although tires were replaced recently Went to two tire shops and they both stated no tire was needed and all my tires were in excellent condition. Went to a different place for inspection and it passed with no problem! Do not recommend this place!!

I came in for an alignment and rotation which is covered under warranty. The manager greeted me in a terse, unfriendly manner and I assumed he was dealing with a customer complaint before hand. He told me it would be 3 hours, I agreed to wait. The service was completed in 2.5 hours and I received a receipt, but no diagnosis or alignment correction sheet. While driving I noticed a loud noise when making sharp turns. After inspecting the work that was performed I saw that the tires were rubbing the fender well causing damage to the tires and the front fender wells. This has not been an issue since I bought the tires new from Firestone 8 months ago, I then called the store and they instructed me to return with the vehicle. Upon returning the the manager immediately told me this was because I put larger rims on the vehicle- they are a factory add-on, from the dealership. He was very rude and dismissive and did not want to work with me, I felt bullied for questioning him about his findings. Be aware when visiting this location. The manager is unaware of how cars operate and is not willing to admit to faults caused by his employees. If you question him he will ask you to leave the store.

If you're a woman, beware they will scam you by recommending unnecessary things for your car.I left my car at the store for an oil change and flat repair. I went home and got a call from them recommending a new battery, but I declined. They called again and said I needed my tires and other stuff fixed. The guy said my tires were low (532) and recommended replacing all four tires, I declined thanks to my boyfriend. When I picked up my car, I looked at the checklist paper, and the tires were good (978).The last time I went to get an oil change and stayed in the store, they didn’t ask for all these recommendations. That’s why I went to them again, but never again.

Unreasonably way to slow! I came here because there was only two cars in there garages and no one in the lobby. I came to get all my tires changed and three hours later I’m still here. I’m watching the mechanics and They spend more time standing around and talking then working on the vehicles. This was a one and done for me! I’ll go back to discount tires!

They did my oil change only 20 days ago. Now I have all my engine oil spilled from the bottom like this. While I poured some oil it seemed like it was coming from oil filter. I told them to check but they denied anything about filter as that was their responsibility. Above it they charged me 150$ for cleaning engine bay & using oil dye to detect what is the issue. They said that drive it for few days & come back while they filled only little oil & did something that oil is not spilled anymore. I asked them about wont it be harmful to drive with so little oil, they replied that we should not put more oil. Now this is just the 2nd day after getting my car from them & my car is getting very hot which is happening because of low oil.I feel cheated in a way that they charged me, so they should give proper information. Who will take responsibility if tgw engine gets damaged.Very upset with their service, lack of information. And one thing the front guy's behaviour was kind of rude while asking questions. He behaves well as long as you don’t ask questions. Will never go to this branch at least.

I would not suggest going here if you are a woman. They will try to rip you off. They wanted $800 to replace a battery and “the cables” to the battery. After calling another mechanic he said the cables can be cleaned and it would cost him $40 not the insane amount they were charging. These people charge $170/hr and will charge you for 5+ hours when it takes them 15 minutes. The biggest joke of a place there is. When you look up the parts needed they are about 1/10 of the cost they charge so I am not sure where all this extra money is going, probably straight into the employees pockets. Take your money to a small business that won’t try to manipulate you and charge you for things you don’t need. Furthermore, they charge you to diagnose the problem when 99% of places will do it for free. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Went in for an inspection and they tried to make me replace some perfectly good tires for $400+. Not only that, but they kept raising the price on the tires in the same interaction. Don't trust them, they will try to sell expensive parts that you don't need.

Firestone complete auto care is a good business.I opened a credit card with them called CFNA/firestone. The credit card company is a joke. They claim to offer rewards yet I've earned nearly $100 in rewards in the past six months but they do not let you use them. They disappeared from my account. After spending four months with them on the phone I have given up. They claim they have a system error. Not my problem as they should be able to apply my rewards manually.Be aware CFNA is not a good business and my card is going in the trash.

I had a Front Wheel alignment, oil change and tire rotation scheduled. Long story short, Javier was rude with no customer service skills. Less than 24hrs I had to return to the location because one the tire went flat. I returned & had to deal with Javier again, that had the same attitude as the previous day. They "Checked " the tire & stated they found "Nothing" wrong with it and it mysteriously went flat. There was no explanation, that we looked at XYZ, it was stated that the tire is fine. I go to the car and look at the tire pressure & 3 tires were at 32-35psi & 1 that was at 46psi. I then asked why was this not noticed and fixed when they "checked" the tire of why it went flat, bo one had an answer to that. Elijah assisted in correcting the tire pressure. I will not recommend this location. *Note if you have any tire work done, check to make sure you have your tire caps on your tires before you leave. Pictures included: 1) tire psi when it went flat, 2) pic of the flat, and 3)pic of the tire that had the higher psi in the one tire after they had completed the checks.

Been a while since going to this location (my fav!!!) I live in Dallas now and always use Firestone for maintenance. Was going to be in the area, called and I believe Victor is who I spoke with in the morning, he confirmed afternoon appointment I requested online. Wait wasn’t bad and after brake work was done, the drive feels great! I appreciate the quality service performed on my vehicle.

My wife took her Kia Telluride here to get her tires rotated and balanced as well as a alignment. They tried to sell her a pair of cam bolts at the price of $400 and some change. She may have needed them but those bolts are at the most $40 from a parts store. Obviously she passed on them. But to make matters worse, the next day she had a flat tire, when she took it back for them to look at it, they refused to put air in the tire and told her the valve stem was damaged then tried to sell her a brand new tire.I called and spoke to the manager and suggested that the valve stem must have been damaged when they were rotating or balancing the tire and he refused to even entertain the idea.Needless to say we won’t be returning even though we bought a lifetime alignment package.

I went to this Firestone location on Monday to make an appointment to have my vehicle aligned using their lifetime alignment plan. I was told to just come in at 7am to have it done. I returned at 7am and another person at the front desk informed me that the technician arrives at 8:30am. This has happened several times at this location. It’s so frustrating to have a service plan but the company makes it difficult to use it. I have purchased this lifetime alignment for my last three vehicles, but I will not when I purchase my next vehicle.I now drive to Corinth, Texas (45 mins) where I purchased the service plan to use it because their customer service is 10 times better than this location.

My brakes were grinding and I called early in the morning. I couldn't drive my car to work like that. Victor told me I could come on in and he could work me in. They got the repairs completed in a relatively short time, and I was able to make it to work that day. The next day, I went back in for a CV axel replacement. (They charged half of what I had been quoted from another auto repair shop). They replaced the CV axel and completed an alignment in less than 3 hours! They were amazing. Victor is great! He's so courteous and friendly. He really cares for his customers. I will definitely go back!
