I was able to get my vehicle serviced quickly and back the same day. My whole family uses our neighborhood Firestone, the service is always excellent and customer service is exceptional.

Tire size was not readily available but my tech had them delivered and installed in just a few hours and at a lower price than what was quoted!

Took my truck up there to fix a fuel level sensor and a few other things. Over $4000 dollars later, they said it's fixed.i pick it up and notice they just left the motor cover assembly, air filter assembly, and hood gaskets all detached and sitting loose under the hood and the very next day same code pops up, I take it back and they say, "it must be the "other" fuel sensor, that will be $600 for parts, we won't charge for labor" . I said ok cool just fix it. They do the work, I pick it up and the very next day same code pops up, Faulty fuel level sensor, along with a few new codes i never seen before. .... I wonder what they gonna say it is now, and how much they gonna charge me, and if it's even gonna be fixed after that!. Sound to me like they guess what the problem is without doing the proper tests and procedures. Then lazily throw it all back together improperly. So I'm down almost $5000 and still have most the problems persisting. They got me

Eli the rep in Arlington Texas location on Greenoaks and I20 is the best man I have never had a better customer experience than with Eli he went out of the way to help me get my car started while I was stranded in new waverly Texas on a cold day he stayed on the phone with me while suggesting I try this and that to get myself my car and my 6 month old son back to Arlington I will all ways choose to come that Firestone in south Arlington because of his concern and care I’m so indebted to him Than you Eli for taking the time out to care even when it was not your reponsibility I’m so thankful and grateful I chose to come to you for repairs weeks earlier I met an angel dressed up as a mechanic

Had an amazing experience! ! The store manager, Jair was incredibly helpful, professional, and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. I waited in the lobby, it was super clean & cozy. Great service and a fantastic team—I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change!

Took my customers car in today for alignment after calling yesterday and scheduling the appointment for 2pm. I arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and was told there was already a car on the alignment machine and that if I was wanting to wait or drop off it would be an hour an a half wait up to two hours for a four wheel alignment. I decided to drop the car off. Did not receive a call if the service was complete after almost 2 hours so I decided to call myself, got hung up on the first call stating I was unable to be heard, called again and then was told that they had not even put my customers car on the alignment machine and had another car up there. When asked what the time frame was I got told they closed at 5pm and it should be done by then and I asked why it was taking 3 hours for an alignment and then accused of being late to my appointment which I was not I called my customer at 1:55pm stating the car was dropped off awaiting alignment, they stated that I was late and they put another car on the rack instead of mine. I own my own mobile mechanic company and I will never bring one of my customers cars here for alignment again.

I am livid. BEWARE of this place. Yesterday I went in for a front end check because I hear a strange noise. 1 1/2 hours later after a front end "inspection" and $10 I was presented with a repair estimate for $2800. Today the noise got so bad I went to check myself... 2 lug nuts missing and 3 loose. I returned immediately and they just said" "WE noted that on the repair estimate sir"! Idiots! That would be something you address right away. Totally unprofessional. This place has gone down and I will NEVER return! Kudos to Discount Tire for taking care of me at no charge
