The new manager who runs this store is TOP DOG. He has been around to a few other stores, runs the BEST deals around town. Provides amazing customer service and always quick to answer any questions I’ve had! Definitely a great team at this store!

Those people are thieves!! I promise this is the worst place to buy stuff!! I bought a vr from there for $129. I gave them $140 and then the staff hid the $20 I gave him under the register and he said I gave him $120! Do not go there these people are scammers I promise you!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY. He was a hispanic guy with glasses if you see him LEAVE THAT PAWN SHOP!! HE WILL SCAM YOU! TRUST ME.

I was a return customer but will not be again. The gentleman who helped me did not want to buy what I came in there to pawn which is perfectly fine, I was curious why because this could help me in the future maybe I'm doing something wrong. So I simply asked if you could tell me why he was taking it back and very rude about it and I tried to make it very clear that I was perfectly open to any reason why he wouldn't want to buy it I'm not going to try and argue with you to get you tomorrow purchase it I just simply am politely inquired as to why and he practically ran me out of the store. Every time I would speak he would say bye and cut me off and I was trying to be as polite as I could so I could understand the situation I will not be returning very very rude. also the shelves were barren there's nothing in there worth even going in for anyway

Wow cannot believe what I just experienced. Then play helping me and an employee helping another customer were being incredibly rude. This is on Christmas Eve when people are obviously just trying to get that last thing for a loved one but having a hard time coming up with the money for it who knows how long they've been trying to put this together. And then when they think they have something that'll work out they get degraded by the people that go to for help, on Christmas Eve what a shame
