customer service was nice jimmy was nice to talk to , but thats about how great of a job was done. i brought in my 2014 honda accord for damage to the suspension steering and brakes and they did a shoddy job. everything looks ok but upon getting in it and driving half a mile i noticed the car shook violently on driver side i had to take it back and tell them my car didn't drive like this before my accident jimmy said and i quote " i noticed a a bit of shaking on the left side when driving" my takeaway from this was so you dont inspect the car or tell the owner seems like something you would catch when doing a body collision repair to suspension system. so after calling out possible issue and being right or possibly lied to about it. i take my car back and they take another look at my car and give it back "fixed". and i pay 450 on top of my 1000 deductible alreay paid out the first time. i take my car to my honda dealership for a 3rd party inspection and with picture proof they showed me my car wasnt repaired completely cv joints not replaced damage to the subframe caused by said accident. i dont know what these people did but they charged me up nice and gave me back and sill broken car. if you go this place make sure to get your car inspected after.Edited2/13/2023Changed my star from 2 to 1 because getting back to the dealership and actually looking at the car shoddy work was done the control arm is pushed up by the bent subframe that was damaged that wasn't fixed because this place sucks almost 6k in damages is still left on the car this place is full of scammers and shoddy work don't let jimmy fool you they are either incompetent or negligent either way don't bring your car here for any type of work I wouldn't even get my oil changed here.

It's never easy dealing with damage from another driver crashing into you. I had to wrestle with the other driver's insurance company for a couple of months to get what was owed to me. Fortunately the easy part was getting my truck repaired. I'm really glad I called First Choice. As soon as I was ready they got my truck in immeditely. We both knew right off the bat that there were going to be supplements needed from the insurance company. They really estimated the minimum. First Choice had no problems communicating with the insurance company and getting approvals for the total amount needed to repair my truck in full. And even with the Thanksgiving holiday in the middle of all this, they got the approvals, parts, and all repairs done very quickly. I was pleasantly surprised with the time I was without my truck, especially with some of the stories I've heard lately of long repair times. First Choice did great for me. I recommend and I will go back if I'm every in need.Service: Body & Trim

From day one warning signs of being cheated. Insurance gave an estimate 5500 in damages but this place never told me the actual price for the repairs! They didn’t replace my tailgate like insurance paid for only part of it! I believe they didn’t replace the molding on my roof of my truck, glass and stuff! The truck has black glue on it now! The scratches still on it from the damage and my insurance said ask for money if you see more damage! But really they had more than enough because it didn’t cost what insurance paid! The receipt again doesn’t say what they paid to get parts and how much anything really cost! They simply rewrote the numbers from the insurance paperwork! I asked many questions about cost and just got we working off the insurance pay! Final results alarming and I wasn’t happy at all then paid 500 deductible for what idk no actual numbers to go on! But what do you do! Then saying come back will fix ! No! I feel like a fool! Never again! Jimmy was real friendly tho! Scammers! Too many red flags! I feel stupid! I sent pictures just to show some things that was damaged with glue they tried scratching it off and white scratching on the truck. Crazy!

I've never had a wreck in my almost 30 years as a driver but recently paid off my car and 2 weeks later I had one. It wasn't super horrible but I needed some front end work done. I had a quote done from another body shop for close to 4000. I decided, instead, to take it to First Choice Collision after reading the reviews and the fact that it's so close to my house. When I dropped off my car, I was immediately impressed with the man that helped me. He was super friendly and made me feel at ease. Even though I know it's taking some places weeks or months to get things done , they called me within a week. When I got there I wasn't quite happy with some of the repairs. They told me to leave it and they would take care of it. They called me within a week. I found out my insurance company wouldn't pay for the cost of a new hood , which it needed, so First Choice Collision replaced it anyway and didn't charge me. Previously it was just repaired and it didn't sit right. I was amazed and my total was just my deductible. The total was half of what the other place was trying to charge. I'm hoping I never have to go to a body shop again but If I do I'm definitely going to First Choice Collision again.
