I would give zero if I could.
Imagine just leaving the Progressive office down the street and hitting the closest location to deposit the check you were given.
Now imagine this branch, knowing nothing about you and choosing to treat you like a criminal trying to commit fraud. The ridiculous conversations they had in my face are extremely offensive, but then they say, we verified its good. It was always a good check. I get you need to do your job, but don't treat long term customers like crap in their face. One lady in there had the nerve to be standing there laughing because I was upset.
Be cautious for sure, because there are scammers, but not everyone is a scammer and this location is trash.
Then they even argued with me that I haven't been a customer that long, knowing good and damn well I've been banking with them for almost 15 years.
Id say do better, but this location clearly isnt capable. Don't treat me like crap because your employer doesn't honor a federal holiday.

I absolutely hate this bank, my husband had to borrow money and we got more than 100$ this time, and so the bank not just 1 time and not 2 times, but took every penny I had 3 or 4 times in a row while I was asleep!! Now we have no money over the weekend, and I will be changing banks immediately. I can't stand these people.

They are rude the employes of this bank .not even aproach the costumers like how can they help.
and not even a greeting saying hello to the costumers dont come to this bank they dont act professional
