Gloria Gray, the ABM, is absolutely fantastic!! Her customer service skills are incredible!! ?? She is super helpful and you can tell she really cares about her customers. Give her a raise!! You don't see customer service skills like this often! I can't say enough wonderful things about her. ⭐️

Their team does not go through the after hours deposit box. I have placed and overnight deposit and i dont see the Cash credited to my account after 48 hours. i tried calling their customer care service and there is no follow up that they actually talked to their team to reassure me that they took care of my deposit. Any other bank has a modern ATM that any customer can deposit cash and checks. Their ATM machines are of a 3rd world thechology. Please upgrade your system!!! you will lose a customer if this doesnt get resolved with my hard working money.

It's the worst bank to go the employees especially the Spanish superviser they don't want to help you and they have a acttitude and I don't know why they are working with people they are rude and I we like much better that there where a option to deposit our money in the atm machine that seeing this lady's Spanish with a ugly acctitude and more bad things about this bank

Saying “I am soo tired of this bank” would be an understatement! This bank really does suck, let’s start with their app that they love bragging about ! It sucks too ! It’s always crashing saying “the host is temporarily unavailable please try again later” and my touch I.d. recognition stopped working many months ago out the blue for no reason at all (for the app, not for my iPhone). Even the website crashes often too ! and what’s up with the security thing? I literally check my acct everyday maybe even more than once a day and I have to go thru the whole “receive a text or phone call to get the security code” EVERY SINGLE TIME! It’s ridiculous and veryyy annoying especially if you’re in a rush !! Please don’t consider opening an account with this bank....switching banks tomorrow morning.

Worst experience ever. The line is really long and they do not seem to care at all. There’s a girl filling up a jar of lollipops instead of trying to help and get the line down. Shouldn’t the line matter the most instead of lollipops???? Then she is on her cubical just drinking her coffee and being on the computer while the line keeps getting longer. She sees that one of her co-workers has been with a customer for literally 40 min. So that only leaves the 2 other girls to get the line down and does not even attempt to help. I literally waited 35 to 40 min until I was helped.
