I went into first national Bank to make sure I didn't get overdrawn on my account and they said I wasn't allowed to overdraw, a week later I find out that I'm overdrawing $430 after I had just taken a loan out. Needless to say I had to take another loan out just to get caught up on my bank account. That was about a year ago. I'm still getting caught up on the loans totaling about $1,000 together, they've been taking every chance they can get money out of my account and not just a little bit but they take the whole thing the whole check this last time. They didn't just take it once but they took it three different times in a row. If I would have known that getting this account was going to cost me every single dime that my husband and I make I never would have gotten the bank account to begin with. The worst Bank I've ever banked with. They've cost more in fees than any other bank that I've ever banked with. Definitely not worth it at all.

The sales people here are so pushy I said no repeatedly and they followed me as I shopped and asked for my social so they can make an account while I shop. Be careful with these people. Why would you try and sell me a bank account. If I want a bank account I’ll get one

Terrible at approaching potential customers. I was popping into Kroger for a quick grocery run and was followed from the front of the produce section all the way to the coolers on the back wall by two of the employees. They asked if I banked with First Convenience. I replied no and kept on my way as I was in a rush. They then asked, still following me, "well why not?" I (now somewhat annoyed) told them "because I have a bank I already enjoy working with." Apparently this was a rude answer because the other employee then condescendingly told me he hopes I feel better or have a better day to which I replied "It was great until you two started following me around the store" If this is the normal behavior for their employees, avoiding this place is the best bet

THE ONLY REASON THIS IS GETTING 2 STARS IS BECAUSE WHEN CHRISTOPHER WAS HELPING OUT AT THIS LOCATION,HE WAS VERY WARM INVITING AND VERY HELPFUL. THAT CHICK "Shay" THAT SITS BEHIND THAT DESK BEHIND THE COUNTER IS SO UNPLEASANT WITH NEGATIVE ENERGY.
