Convinience my Â!!! Shopped at Kroger but needed some quarters for the parking meters I sometimes use. Walked up the the "Convinience" bank inside Kroger. Teller sitting behind counter and likely on her phone. "May I please have $3 in quarters?""Do you have uiur debit card with you?" She replied? I figured she was asking for their debit card. I said "No I don't" she asked "Are you a member here?" I said"No I'm not" she said she's sorry but she can't give me change because I'm "not a member." Well guess what!!!??? I'll NEVER be a member of Un-"convienience" bank because of their rediculous policy and she takes her job too seriously!

Would leave zero stars if i could. Got my bank account drained out. I thought i was gonna get help but hell no. Will be looking for another bank soon.

TERRIBLE . it was going good at first until the "supervisor" messed up on depositing my check after i told her more than 2 times if i could still use it to open up my account she verified and said yes "absolutely" and at the end she told us that there was nothing to be done SO MUCH BS . Had us there for almost 2 HOURS FOR NOTHING!

This is the most UNPROFESSIONAL financial institution i have ever been to EVERY single time it's a long wait for no apparent reason, are either standing around talking to one another or standing around eating and drinking or on their phones and I don't know why I keep coming to this location. I will just have to drive a little further to the Fielder location where there is ALWAYS GREAT customer service. ?????....

This location is THE slowest bank I've ever been too smh...there is a line and 4 workers and only 1 person is at the window, one person just walked away to get Kroger shoppers to open an account...what sense does that make when there is a long line that need attending..make it make sense

This bank was tolerable when Ms. Washington was running it, but there has been a 100% staff change and it is no longer usable for me. If you look at the reviews here, all the good ones are from a long time ago. I am in the process of moving to Frost.You cannot view your monthly statement for a business account on-line, but they will charge you $2 for a paper statement, even though I am supposedly paperless.This is the last bank you would want to use for a business. I wanted to transfer money between two business accounts—both being at this same bank—and they wanted me to do it by cashiers’ check, which costs $25. Really? The current crew at this bank is argumentative, condescending, and rude. I advise that you avoid them.I did not give this bank the worst rating because they are open more hours than most banks, so it’s convenient if you want to go to the bank on Saturday or Sunday, wait in line forever, and be disrespected by some rude tellers.

Do not use this garbage bank they are trash they always putting holds on your debit card thinking its fraud wont post your money in your account Instantly. If you use cash app or paypal after 4pm they dont post your money til the next morning which is garbage trashy business its my money and you pay cash app a percentage to instantly get your money and they dont post it….. who ever is giving them 5 stars gots to be joking this is a pathetic bank the hold time they customer service is trash you be on hold forever. Mobile banking is garbageI highy suggest not using this bank for nothing

Every time I go yo ANY first convenience bank, Im standing in line or just waiting for so long, even when There are no other customers to be helped, I don’t know what it is but they do not work efficiently. There’s been plenty of times I’ve been left waiting while tellers are just working on their computer not doing anything. It happens 100% of the time. I can’t wait to cancel and go back to major bank.

I really like this bank so many locations in stores. I can get my banking done and groceries all in one place. I use the one fielders staff extremely nice.

Absolute trash. I've been talked to like I was stupid by several employees, most of my basic requests have been ignored, I had an employee try and get personal info from me, tried saying she couldn't log me in any other way. After I transfered to a supervisor I asked why she would have needed that, she didn't even answer me. I've tried canceling payments, been told things like, we can't find that payment sorry, nothing I can do, and the very next day I get a $35 nsf charge. They have never reimbursed me, they simply don't care, all they want is you're money. And I think its super cool they did all this during the pandemic. I tried closing my account and they not only DIDN'T they do it, but I woke up the next day with another nsf charge. I'm gonna ask my local lawyers if I have a case here. Don't make the same mistake I did. Don't let them take you're money. This place is a nightmare

This bank is a joke!!! You can't get more than 4,000 from a teller. Like I can't MY money that's in MY account!!!!!! I don't want make multiple trips to the bank! Love that the tellers that do their jobs :) they do exactly what they are supposed to do !!! But this video that you have to watch when opening a new account is extremely inconvenient. Corporate needs to know that it will definitely discourage new account holders. If I'm in the grocery store, and I get approached to open a account. I would definitely not want to because that process is going to take so long
