3 Days, 3 appointments, 3 no shows.*Goodhood* After further research, our tech found that we will have to drop the tank to service the vehicle and we will not be able to do that in a mobile setting. I am sorry we couldn't help on this one.*Why wasn't this explained to me day one?Last question, if you charge a $70 reschedule or cancellation fee to the customer why am I not getting compensated for the 3 no shows on your behalf?Service: General repairs & maintenance

The people that works at GoodHood are very professional and super nice, I called them to get my car inspected, I told them I was in a time frame and they made sure to work around my time schedule and did the inspection way before I expected to be done, what they did was marvelous job, They just got themselves a loyal customer! Thanks for providing a exceptional customer service!

I gave them a one star because I had made an appointment for a Saturday in the afternoon. They didn't call or show up and really needed my car fixed before Sunday. Not only did they waste my time and made me miss work, but I could've made other arrangements. I tried calling the number provided with no response. We ended up hiring someone else to do the job and had to pay a towing fee to get it there. I received a call Monday, but I was so upset I refused to call them back.

Mechanics show up at my home to diagnose why my emergency brake lights was on and he said je couldn't find any problem. He than told me your daughter car is lock so I asked what that means he said she has to pay $40 for the diagnostic. I said she's cover for 3 months si what are u talking abt. N he swear she has to pay $40 all else he wasn't leaving so I agree to pay the $40 only to find out tonite he chargey card $56 .I didn't know this because he didn't give me a receipt on grounds it will be sent to my daughter's email so be mindful of these lil criminals.I will be letting all my friends n family know.

The mechanic they sent was fantastic! We communicated by text only, which was perfect for me since it's difficult to make phone calls while working. The job was done efficiently, and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend GoodHood for their incredible convenience and top-notch service.

Called them today, and a nice young man showed up. He didn't have any diagnostic software or gear, so he couldn't properly diagnose my radiator issue. They quoted me over $1.4k, then he said for the minimum fix, it would be $360. I called someone else who had the diagnostic tools and it was only my radiator cap. I paid $70 FOR LITERALLY NOTHING!

Manuel was awesome when he switched out my alternator. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a great mechanic. He knows what he's doing, and he's super professional. I'm really grateful for his help and would totally tell my friends to go to him if they need their car fixed.
