Deandre was amazing! He approached us to see if we needed help and he was very patient with my granddaughter while he sized her foot and gave a couple of suggestions. When we decided on the shoes he took them to the desk for checkout. You made our day Deandre...thank you!

Staff here is phenomenal. I'm sure my daughter tried on 10 different pairs of shoes before settling on one she liked... lol.. smh.. and the ladies in Herr remained soooo patient and assured me we could take our time and we weren't a bother at all.
