This one right here and the others working today are rude and have the absolutely worst customer service. Everyone on the store stated that they are managers and never informed of who the manager actually was. No one had on name tags.

DO NOT get your shoes shipped or picked up here they’re literally reselling the shoes I came to pick my order up yesterday and they couldn’t find my order so then I looked my order number up on the site.The site said my shoes were picked up already I confronted the dude with the weak ass waves he just shrugged my shoes going missing off saying they was gone check the cameras like what? They are unprofessional as hell.That mf looked suspicious just off the shrug.

walked into this store today at 1:48 knowing exactly what shoe I needed and what size I needed, my checkout time was 2:12, let’s keep in mind there were no customers at this time considering it’s the middle of the day on a Monday. walked directly towards the shoes I was looking for asked for a 7.5, saw the person I asked for help walk out with a completely different pair of shoes in their hand, with nobody else needing his assistance. Finally got my shoes after 7 minutes, after trying them on I realized they were too small and was finally told that he brought me out a 7 because he couldn’t find a 7.5, I then asked to try on an 8. He brings out the next shoe in a minute, I try it on and also realized it was too small so I made sure to check the size and there it was, the size 7.5 that I originally wanted so then I had to ask again for the 8. I tried on 3 different sizes and wasted 20 minutes in waiting and trying on all because the person helping me forgot what size I needed and continued to waste my time bringing me sizes I needed, a little too late.

If you want good customer service do not go in this store. Was in store yesterday, attempted to purchase walking shoes, but the staff could care less about helping me. The staff were standing around playing and listening to loud rap music. It was so loud I could not even hear the staff person talking to me. They finally brought a pair of shoes out. The staff person brought one shoe for me to try on. Customer service was atrocious and totally unprofessional.

Emily is Great! I was buying my Father in Laws first pair of crocs and had no idea what to go with. Emily went over different styles and colors you offer and helped me narrow down my choice and even went over cool ideas for pins to go on the crocs.Super helpful and friendly ?

It Was A Mad House! It Was Also 4:30 pm on Christmas Eve. So Given The Circumstances, I Was Gr8ful For The Friendly Service, and the Diligence in Shoe Size Searching. I Bought 6 Pairs Of Kids Shoes! Anyhow, I Had My Shoes Picked Out, Paid For, & I Was Out The Door By 6! I Also Scored On Their Sales. Yessah! Thank You Foot Locker. ?

I went into the store and tried speaking to the STORE MANAGER, he was not only rude but also unprofessional, I will never BUY FROM FOOT LOCKER, worse experience ever ❗️❗️ I surely hope this is not what Foot locker stands for ❗️
