Horrible customer service. On hold forever. Recording says, "There are more than 10 callers ahead of you," every time you call. DO NOT fall for the option to have them call you back. They never do. I've been waiting over 9 months for a call back. Other people have said they have the same problem. Ftwccu says it's a hiring issue. Hard to believe when other credit unions I belong to are fine. This one has gone from 5 stars to no stars & seems happy to stay there. 20+ year member.

My husband and I came in today to set up a new account and met Mardi. Best Damn Experience Ever! She was personable, well informed and had a great sense of humor which is important to us. She handled the transfer and set up of our new account efficiently and with minimal hassle. I've never enjoyed dealing with finances but Mardi was a joy. If you need help, I'd ask for Mardi, you won't be disappointed!

This is the 2nd time I have used Kelvin’s services. The 1st time was to trim some trees, the 2nd, was clean out my flowers beds and put down mulch. Did excellent work both times, highly recommend.

Mediocre experience. There is nothing to jump on an opportunity to be a part of, honestly. I walked in, hoping to meet someone with energy and a positive attitude, excited to share what they offered with me. I was very underwhelmed by my experience. I had to find my way around(as mentioned in a previous review) and when I finally did sign in, an old lady in the hallway to the right of the entrance, yelled my name and said she would be right with me. When the old broad finally came around the wall, her desk was there to the left. I told her I was interested in learning what they have to offer as I am thriving in real estate now and wanted to do the most proactive opportunity with my funds and future funds. She handed me one sheet of paper with their rates and sent me on my way.......What was that FWCCU? I am a neighbor and was very excited to learn more, but now I just feel like I was pushed out. I will share this experience with new and old clients if they are to ask my opinion. Thank you for not quite meeting the minimal standard of expectations. The building has great curb appeal, but like most extravagant exteriors, they are missing the guest connection. I still do not know what they offer.

I've been banking here over 6 yrs and hasn't had an issue yet... great people in both locations Brentwood Stair and in Arlington Tx . Drive thru staff always friendly , and knows what I want when it comes to my statements. I love it!

I have a car loan through Fort Worth Community Credit Union and it has been such a hassle to make monthly payments on the website! I finally have re-occuring payments activated. If I wasn't able to establish the re-occuring payments I would have most likely tanked my credit score due to a late payment of some sort because the website is just that horrible! I still have issues trying to log in on their website to check my loan balance.

Holy crap what a hassle trying to pay your car loan. Why would you switch to a different bill pay and make it almost impossible to navigate the system?

I've been with this credit union for several years now. I have various types of accounts with them. The loan officers are great to work with and respond pretty quick to electronic communication. Overall it's a great bank. Not my primary bank, but it's great to have.

The pleasant ridge location is the best Vette is my favorite teller she is always so nice and has the best attitude i also love Ms. Steele and Jana they are the best
