I agree with some of the other reviews, came here yesterday & no one greeted us, the two young girls just looked at us & looked away so we turned around & walked out!

Poor experience with an employee. As soon as her manager left her up front, she started making me feel unwelcome and then as soon as she saw me leave after me asking if she was okay, aka me trying to regain a pleasant shopping experience, and me seeing it no longer good to stay there alone with her, she asked me if I wasn't able to find a size that would fit me. I'm a medium. The only reason I came in was because the clothes were amazing and there's a huge deal going on which I intended to spend a lot of time there but couldn't because of the latter. I'll try shopping at a different location.

I wish this had the option to give 0 star review. I went to this location yesterday and I felt horrible after paying for my items. When I walked in to the boutique I was not greeted (which is fine) and later noticed the sales person did see that I walked in because she was near the door. As I am looking around, trying to find a gift for a friend, I hear people coming in and Virginia was greeting them. She was also walking around and asking people how they were doing, if she can help them with anything, and if they were finding everything okay. There was one occasion where she stood near me and was just staring at. She didn’t asked me anything, but she was just staring and even following me. That made me feel like she thought I was going to steal. She really made me feel uncomfortable and I knew it was discriminated during my shopping experience.When I was waiting in line to pay, Virginia was being friendly to the customer who was paying. She even asked how she was doing and if she found everything ok. At the end, she told the lady to have a nice day and to take care. When it was my turn, Virginia did not say much to me. All she said was ‘’ok’’ while signaling her hand for me to come up to the register. She did not greet me, did not asked if I found everything ok, or how I was doing. I also did not say anything to her. When I put my stuff down she was just looking at my stuff and then she said ‘’go ahead and put your number in to check if you are a member’’. During the transaction, she did not say anything to me, but all she said to me was you will be getting 10% off since you’re a member. After paying, she gave me the bag and said ‘’ok, I made sure you got the 10% off’’ and gave me the bag. Virginia did not say have a good day or anything you normally hear when going to other places. I am doing a review here because their website to leave a survey for them is unavailable. I don’t think I will be returning to this location because of Virginia.

I bought almost $400 worth of items recently for my nieces Christmas gifts. One item was defected and broken, I tried to exchange it but had already thrown the receipt. The item still had the tag but for some reason the item wasn’t coming up under my phone number. The two out of the three sales associates who work there were rude, saying things like “we don’t even carry that purse here”. The tag says Francesca’s. I even showed them the purchase history in my bank which was recent. Worst experience, they wouldn’t exchange it and just gave me the customer service number to call. They profiled me and I didn’t appreciate the tone in their voice or the attitude. The only semi kind associate was a young women who seemed to be Asian, the two Caucasian associates were the rude and condescending ones. I filled a formal complaint.

Virginia is unprofessional and rude. More importantly, she’s racist!I was in there yesterday and asked her to cancel more transaction because I no longer wanted the items I was going to purchase due to her condescending attitude. I also called corporate and filed a formal complaint because I’ve never been treated like that before.

Virginia the sales associate is incredibly rude and spoke to me as if i was stupid. She had a problem with me doing an online return in store but I have done this before as it is easier. she questioned why I bought the wrong size and I said i ordered online. she asked me a few more times why i didn't buy the correct size the first time. I will not return to this location. She was condescending and overall ruined my shopping experience.

My daughter left her gymnastics Jacket with all her competitions pins at the dressing room. Kyana went above and beyond to find the owner of that jacket and she emailed like 3 studios to let them know about the missing jacket. My daughter's coach got the email and contacted me. We were so happy to find the jacket and VERY VERY thankful for KYANA and her willingness to help.

Quiana was very helpful and friendly! I came with two toddlers and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! I felt comfortable enough to browse and shop calmly for the first time since my kids were born.
