When I arrived, she was using her cell phone and just looked at me and responded with a very bad attitude while looking at her cell phone.Thank God there was a very kind girl named LESLY who helped me and explained everything to me very kindly.I hope BRYANA never serves me again since it was a terrible experience.

Rudest customer service I have ever seen. I have been trying to get proof of past coverage. And I am told it would take 24-48 hrs and nothing. So I call again and am told it would be 24-48 hrs again. No manager is ever available. And when one is they put you on hold until you decide to hang up. I called in today and Brianna answered and I asked to speak to a manager and she said for what. I kindly said I really do not want to keep repeating myself. If I could just speak to a manager and she said there isn’t one in the office today. They are actually at another location. I asked what location and she said non of your business. I called 3 times to different offices finally spoke to a manager named George who was very helpful. Regardless I won’t be recommending Fred Loya to anyone.

Quotes are amazing, service has been awesome! I personally saved 200 dollars compared to Geico and progressive by using Fred loya.

Omg I love this company they were do patient with me. My car was impound in Arlington and the guy at night was being so difficult with me I got insurance under my name the people in the morning said I can use id paper then the guy at night told me no. So I have to call Fred loya again to add my tip and it was 6:30 and they sat their in till 7:14pm. This meant so much to me. Being a single mother trying to get my stuff all in a row. For Selina and Maria and Jocelyn to help me these last 3 days. It made my day way better and I really honestly appreciate their time and listening to me what was going on and they helped me so much. I really recommend this company I do.
