This dealership is not trustable,
all cars are damaged some were they sold me 2019 Camry and I found out it was flooded while I have cleaned title on it I don’t know how and the mileage also not accurate I have to get rid of the Camry because it was nightmare a lot of issues one after another
too rude and abusive people for their on house finance they charge you over 20 percent interest rate and if you mistakenly late on payment the pull the car they do have GPS on their car without disclosing this info
And the very bad things that rude lady texting you and threatening you by texting
She identifies her self the owner
They treated you nice until you get the car and then they treat you like a trash
Stay away if you don’t want to safer

If I could give this place 0 zero stars I would. Grace is the rudest and most unprofessional worker there. In the beginning of me getting my car, everything was perfect and no issues. Now she threatens to repossess my car because of a minor insurance issue. Stay away from this dealership if grace is working there. SERIOUSLY!!!!

Do not buy from these people! The manager has hanged up the phone on me and used fouled language on me multiple times.
My husband bought a truck and check engine came on a few hours after purchase.
Manager says truck was bought as is and is taking no responsibility,
Also, truck was purchased cash and on the documentation the sales person only put 9K to avoid taxes.
Do not recommend to anyone!

All they do is sell lemons not even 2 months of having my car and it won’t even start they said they would fix it and didn’t they made it even worse! Do not buy from here they get their cars from the auction and make them good enough to drive off the lot and then it’ll just break down on you

I bought my truck from Galaxy back in April, and the customer service there is great! I believe he’s the owner, I forgot his name, but he went and got the truck I asked for, specifically for me to buy. They also delivered the truck to my house. And the young lady at in the office, is absolutely pleasant!

Very unprofessional, will try to steal all your money with their “in house financing “ they sell messed up cars as well! Not sure why owner responds to comments concerning his company with such unprofessionalism . Clearly has no concern about the way he does business. I’d advise avoiding them if you’re looking for a reliable car . I am still doing payments on a car with my boyfriend that constantly has different issues . Not saying every single car is horrible but they definitely are not trying to help you!

Do NOT trust these crooks, they will steal your money and sell you a bad car. I left a $100 deposit for a car and ended up not getting the car and the owner has been ducking me not wanting to give me my deposit back even though they have a refundable policy. Owner made me uncomfortable because he told me he wanted to sell me a car for 12k but he’s going to put it on paper as if he sold it to me for 8k that made me uneasy. I do not recommend these crooks!

I'm sorry but Cynthia if that's her real name is the worst. Like it makes no sense for her to treat people like trash. I'm contacting the better business bureau Monday morning. There very unprofessional she called me directly about a compliant that I filed against her about her rudeness . Little do they no that I'm the wrong one. And I strongly believe in treat people how you want to be treated they will most definitely be served next week. She was rude to my references, and when she verified with my boss( really where I make my money?), she pulled up my boyfriends background (who did not sign for the car) and exposed his record In front of other employees as well as our children. She then disrespected me on a personal level. So I would say if your interested in getting a car here don't it's not worth the stress. And I can garuntee you after I get the right people involved the will wish that they changed things up long ago. As to you Galaxy motors when I asked that Cynthia never contacts me again that she needs to allow another employee to speak to me I meant just that she said she gone call me anyway okay cool but when I call she keeps hanging up in my face .... Where they do that at? I'm leaving 1 stars every where I see this company name even if it's not y'all they will suffer because you all are by far the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life. I will personally make my payments in office so that y'all can see my face once a month and know not to try me. Now every one else I hope y'all have a blessed day
