I purchased Call of Duty as a christmas gift for the wii, when it was opened it was the wrong disc or playstation. I don’t have the receipt because i bought it awhile ago and it’s now being opened. what a waste. employees need to be more careful when putting the correct disc in.

fake shop says open till 8 pm it was close at 6 pm if you all don’t want to work change the hours don’t make people to drive to the shop for no reason

Very unhappy about driving all the way from north Fort Worth to pick up online order to get to the store to find the gates locked inside & a hand written note in the door. Posted hours & online hours say open until like 8pm…it’s 3pm ? double checked that the store was open online in multiple places before heading that direction. Sucks to waste to waste to and be expecting to play games with kids, to find a handwritten note from yesterday that they were closing early. ONLINE HOURS SHOULD RELFECT WHATS GOING IN!!!

This store literally makes up its own hours each day.09/18/2023... message on door: left at 2:50, I'll be back in an hour.What's the point of even having posted hours, if you are not going to follow them.40 min out of my day wasted. Time to find another store.

This location does NOT close at 8 like the posting states and what the Corporate website has listed. I've been to this location three times and they have a paper sign posted they are closing at 5p. The sign looks like it was made by a 3rd grader.Do better GameStop at Collins.
