The service rep named Ryan was such a breath of fresh air. Not only did he get my computer ready a day early, the customer service he provided me was top-notch! I witnessed his interaction with an older gentleman that made me determined to write this review. His patience, kindness, knowledge, and courtesy was professional and inviting. When I picked up my computer, Dan went above and beyond making sure my computer was in top shape. I am a business owner and would have been proud to recruit both of these great guys! I highly recommend their professional care.

Second time in over a year I was scheduled for a Samsung repair. I asked customer service to double check they are able to repair but I took off work came in and they said they been waiting 2 years on tools from Samsung. If this is true then why are you allowing customer service to schedule appointments for samsung. dont waste your time here

I am so pleased with you guys Dominique was very helpful and super fast. With fixing my email on my broken phone to log in on my new phone. He was very polite understanding and more than willing to help me. I really love this specific Geek Squad. And this is the place I will always be coming to if necessary you guys are great. Friendly, professional staff. Lots of mistakes tho with staff getting the job/repairs done right the first time. Challenges with communication between staff members, consistency, attention to detail and quality of work. Ensure you double check that Geek Squads knows what you need, and double check that they completed the repair correctly. They eventually get the job done.

This has just been awful , first they told I could get a new computer no questions asked , then less then a year after I bought it it fell apart and they said no one would believe me that I was lying . BUT IT LITERALKY STARTED FALLIBG APART , it's been over a month now in repair after paying almost as much for geek squad coverage as the computer and no one has contacted me , I'm about to tell them to keep it , they must need it really bad . Do not use geek squad they are so busy the employees have been driven not to care
