“I hate having to go into any bank, but as far as big bank branches go, this is a really good one. Staff is courteous and qualified, and ATM is well maintained. The facility is clean and comfortable when you have to wait, but they take appointments online and honor them here pretty well.”

“Great location. It’s in the center, so it’s safe, as people are watching. But ATM is Dow a lot of times. But when it’s working it’s very convenient. There is a Bank of America banking location nearby. So that makes it even better. But this is my go to. Sometimes lines are long, as it’s in a strip mall.”

“Place is very well lit. But the driveway is so bumpy. Just be careful as it has a very narrow passage or else you will hit the yellow pole. Also be careful, as one corner of the Parking lot in which this ATM is located very Dark. Good convenient location. Newly laid Abrams Road is very convenient.”

“WOW -- what excellent customer service! We went today to open a new account, and three different staff people, including the branch manager, greeted us warmly and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. When our Personal Banker was explaining things, she could tell I was nervous and unsure of which option, so she patiently explained and re-explained things to put me at ease. Even my husband, who is very detail-oriented and sometimes skeptical, was impressed with her knowledge level! We left, not only confident that we got the best account options for our current situation, but feeling like we had made a true friend in our Personal Banker. For the first time, we have a person to call directly if we have an issue, not just an 800 number. I never knew banking could be so positive! Thanks, Chase, and well done for building such an amazing environment of real service!”
