First, I would just like to say my first time in a GNC was such a nice experience. I had a ton of questions and the kind you g lady helped me tremendously. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.Secondly, the reviews from this Damon Bell and Kimberla Bell couple were completely unwarranted. I was the gentlemen that actually was shopping at the same time these two came in and they were immediately irritated. It was pretty busy in the store with 7-8 other people looking around and only 2 staff. The male associate was checking out customers at the register and the female associate was trying to help as many people as she could. This irritated couple then start saying “Nobody is helping me” and walking around disgruntled. As the girl associate was reassuring me that the products I was looking at wouldn’t mess with my medication this Damon Bell person gets in her face and says something along the lines of not helping them. She’s kind enough to apologize but he steps in closer and says “No you’re not!”. This guy is lucky I’m not 20 years younger cause I would have swung at him for that. VERY rude mean people! I APPLAUD the young women’s poise for simply disregarding the comment. 5 stars for her customer service alone!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I walked into the arlington highland store and was immediately disregarded. I was needing help with a specific protein powder and because of my reasoning behind it he rolled his eyes and didn't even help me. Honestly what kind of person treats another human being who wants to be healthy terribly. I will not be shopping here.

This GNC is the only one I come to! They are family owned and the employees here are very knowledgeable and willing to explain all product benefits. I’ve been to other GNC where they either don’t know their own products or they hover around you while you’re just trying to shop. These guys/gals give you time to look around but are always available to answer any questions. Ray and Meagan are some of the best GNC employees I’ve had the chance to shop with!

I usually never post reviews but this is probably the best GNC in the area...if you shop with the right sales associate. I first went in last year and was “helped” by Jordan. He doesn’t even seem like he wants to work their and just kept paying attention to his phone and not even acknowledging me. Worst GNC experience ever!Then I came back in because everyone was sold out of zinc and was helped by the manager Ray. COMPLETE 180 in customer service! He helped me understand why I would want to be taking certain products, gave me pros and cons of each item, and even showed me resources so I can learn more about the effects of products. I’m only giving a 5 star review because of his customer service!If you happen to come in and see Jordan working, just come in another day.

The person working was absolutely no help. Was just on their phone while I was asking questions, I just wanted help and info but I felt like a nuisance too him and left. Absolutely worst experience I’ve had at any GNC location.

My husband went in today. He was asked if he just ate? My husband said yes and asked why? He looked at my husband's shirt "belly" and said you look full! How rude is that! This coming from someone who didn't look healthy himself!!!! SMH

Poor selection, and the service was not fabulous. They really don't know their product lines very well. This is not been my experience at other locations.
