I'm not sure who the manager is at this store but not to offer me a refund or replacement for a desk that is sold with trash and mouse droppings is beyond me... As much as the person who would donate such a disgusting item...I can't tell you how rodent droppings are HEALTH HAZARD and it is the stores RESPONSIBILITY to make sure this is taken care of before selling. The feedback I will give is educate yourself and your staff members because this was INFESTED with DROPPINGS!
I suggest thoroughly looking through the furniture before purchasing. I will NEVER buy from here! Keep the $20 not worth it. And who ever donated that SHAME on you! Negative zero ⭐

Doing reviews on Google or Yelp is not my thing, but I just had to because it was something for my daughter. I was looking for a desk for my daughter. I decided to stop at Goodwill to see what they have. I have found great items at a lower price before. It was a mistake that I'd never make again! I got this desk, and it was the most disgusting thing that I have ever seen in my life. It was full with junk. No one bothered to clean it up before they sell it. It was my mistake because I should have looked inside before it was loaded in my car.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This place is nasty and unorganized I don’t know what other people in the reviews are seeing but, it’s not what me and my family saw September 4th, 2024. I’m a teacher and bought almost $40.00 worth of toys, unfortunately my school wouldn’t allow me to bring used toys to play with so I was scared to make a purchase. However on the 4th an employee named Kenny assured me that if I had my receipt and all the original tags on the items I could get a refund. He was very helpful and eased my worries. The next day I did in fact have to make a return so on September 5th I went in with the original shopping bags since I didn’t even remove the toys from the bags and my receipt. Where I was then told by a very arrogant employee, who just out right said no as soon as I walked up to the register without even greeting me. I was confused by the attitude given to me for no reason so I said sorry? And just calmly tried to explain that the man who helped me yesterday said I can return these within 14 days if I had the original tags and a receipt. The man at the register then continues to give me attitude and say no only on electric items. I bought 1 plug in item all the rest were toys and the man who initially checked me out didn’t specify only electronics. Which I tried to explain to the man I was talking with so he then got his manger to come over there and accuses me of lying saying “this lady claims that Kenny ALLEGEDLY told her she can return this stuff” while smiling and laughing with his manager about my current situation. So I then jump in their perfect private chat and I say I don’t allegedly claim anything that is what he said and that is why I checked out the items. The manager was just as rude and said welp sorry but not sorry there is nothing I can do, my register won’t let me do it anyway and brushed me off. Im not a confrontational person so I just I grab my items and walk out. I’m honestly just shocked by the lack of human decency these employees have. Good will doesn’t pay for these items they sell in stores, they are donated so someone needs to explain to me why you can return bed bug infested bedspreads, or lice covered hats, but not a toy that has never even been taken out of the bag it was placed inside in store? This has been the worst experience and I will be letting everyone I know to avoid this nasty store like the plague. So sad I can’t return to a store I thought was doing good.

So personally growing up we always shopped at the goodwill, but now that I’m an adult, I don’t shop at the goodwill but I do donate to the goodwill. I went in the store just to see if I can find a pair of blue jeans & I was beyond disappointed, the jeans was $10 and I feel like that is extremely high for something that was donated to y’all for FREE!!! I literally turned around & walked out, went to a regular store because I’m going to get a brand new pair of jeans for at least $12-15 from Burlington or citytrends, definitely was disappointed, I feel like this world is overly greedy because there’s no way free jeans should be over $5, especially used and ashy jeans lol just saying. Let’s do better, the goodwill is supposed to be of HELP.

The store is fairly neat and organized. But some of the items they have for sale are overpriced. A couple of the couches look like they should be in the trash because they look so dirty and worn that it seems they would be a health hazard to even try to sale to someone. They have a few new with tags clothing and accessories that you could probably find cheaper at a regular department store. I was not very impressed with the store, mainly the prices. If you're looking for decent second hand sofas, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Don't think I will be visiting this Goodwill store anytime soon.

Horrible managers and rude store manager I really don’t know where they be finding these so called “managers” when they be acting like kids instead of the bosses they’re supposed to be. I’ve known people who have worked here and all say the same that the managers just aren’t it.

Do go to this store. The manager Cecee and her assistant manager Claudia are so rude and unfair. They hold products and bins back for a guy named Raymond and really wait until he shows up, pick thru the stuff and then they put it on the shelves. There have been several complaints and I even aske why Raymond is allowed to go in the back and pick thru stuff or they bring it to the front and put behind the cashiers and only let him got threw it before it goes on shelves. They are never friendly and make it not fun to shop here. Good news though in the same area theres a new large thirft store. Looks pretty cool!!

Clean and well organized by style and size. Workers are very friendly. Great discount points program when it works. Ac can be sketchy. Goodwill nationally has raised prices to ridiculous numbers. They frequently charge the same or more than retail.

This location was right next to the clinic where I had an eye exam/appointment. Since I had my eyes dilated, I needed to kill some time shopping to help readjust to the light. This is one of the larger stores I've seen, and I had a blast shopping through all the merchandise. Everything was very-well organized, and the store was exceptionally clean. Even though I didn't find anything to purchase, I will definitely come back to visit.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Goodwill, and I must say, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. From the cleanliness of the store to the friendly and helpful staff, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of my visit.First and foremost, the cleanliness of the store impressed me. Goodwill maintained a well-organized and tidy environment, making it easy to navigate through the different sections and locate items of interest. The aisles were clear and free of clutter, allowing for a comfortable shopping experience. One of the standout features of Goodwill was the pricing. I found the prices to be reasonable and affordable, particularly when compared to other thrift stores or even traditional retail outlets. It was refreshing to see a store that values accessibility and affordability, making it an excellent option for individuals on a budget or those seeking great dealsEqually notable was the friendly and helpful nature of the store's staff. The employees at Goodwill went above and beyond to assist customers and answer any questions they had. Their genuine willingness to help and engage with shoppers added a welcoming atmosphere to the store, making the overall experience all the more enjoyable.
