Walked in. Cashier with red hair didn’t acknowledge my wife or I (African American) upon the 3 times we were face to face. A female non AA walked in and she told her about what they had in the store. She passed by us, turned around, then back around and started taking to the non AA male customer. Upon leaving, although she appeared to have just left her trailer/motorhome, looked at us and proceeded to ask the non AA customer how her day was. I hope the cashier has the day she deserves to have.

I absolutely love my Goodwill store. I always find a treasure that is in perfect condition and clean. I would have given a 5 star but I never find a colored ticket. I have seen people come in and raid the shelves for all of the 50% off items. Discourges me because I would love to find one. I try to shop every week but no luck yet on a 50% off item. I don't see a way to stop it unless at the register and that would probably be hard. See all of the thrifters soon.

Why are yall pricing things retail ?? Stop looking up items what they sold at on eBay. It’s ridiculous. You get this stuff for free. Y’all are funded by the government. No money helps ANYONE out that we spend our money on. I’m sick of it.

The absolute worst place to drop anything off. We got yelled for attempting to drop off bikes and scooters by unloading these items ourself. The employee yelling and shouting at us saying her “job is hard” and “you just need to be patient and wait” “be kind to us” when all we were doing is unloading our own items and putting them by boxes without saying anything until provoked. We then loaded up some of our items and will be taking them to another donations site and not affiliated with goodwill on copper.

Saw a woman’s one piece today with a VERY uncleaned bottom part (catch my drift?). Made me realize how dirty/unsanitary the stuff is there.

I had the opportunity to visit this location and met the sweetest person by the name of Teresa Giddings. She was very helpful and had such beautiful laugh. She helped me to find the few items I was looking for and some additional things. She made my visit enjoyable. Thanks again Ms. Teresa for being so helpful and kind.

I always enjoy going to this Goodwill store when I'm in the area visiting my sister. The employees are friendly and offer help.

They don't size pants which is a huge pet peeve. Prices are somewhat reasonable, and it's a big space that is pretty full. It's not the most organized.

Went to drop off several bags if really good clothes (just too small for me)...was there 5 minutes before 9am the guy had the receiving door opened with a dolly but refused to accept my free clothes...I told him I didn't need a receipt just wanted to drop off...he said I had to wait til 9am...SERIOUSLY YOU'RE MAKING MONEY OFF MY DONATED ITEMS...I left and gave away to another organization...im done with Goodwill forever
