Communication was not good on Start of repairs, process of when car would be completed. Completion date was pushed back 2 days. Continously had to call and leave a message regarding car. Carwise was not used properly to keep us updated on completion date.

Someone with USAA insurance hit my car and USAA used this facility to repair my car. Repairs were communicated and I was able to get my car back earlier than the expected date.

This is the second time we brought our BMW for repair due to an accident. Zach is amazing and very helpful. The quality of work is superb! Highly recommend this place. He and the tech helped us identify a noise that is irrelevant to the accident.Service: Body & Trim

This was an absolutely terrible experience. They had my car for three months to do roughly $6,500 in work. Granted there are apparently parts delays and State Farm did not make things easy but my issue was the utter lack of communication. I emailed, left voicemails for Zach, the person over my vehicle, and he simply would not respond, I had to continue to follow up, call the main line and have them get him on the phone because he would not respond. There was one time in 3 months he was proactive in providing an update. A customer should not have to constantly call and email just to get an update on the status of their vehicle they have entrusted to you. He also did not submit paperwork properly through the insurance portal which cost me time over a long weekend and he lied to me saying he did but the email he forwarded, that I requested he do, was not for the date he originally said. Ultimately, I have no idea why Audi would recommend this company and I plan to share my experience with them. You cannot control when parts are available, or an insurance company’s response time but you can control how you treat your customers and how responsive you are to them. My experience so far so I’ll be adjusting my review. I have my 2023 m3 competition that’s being worked on for a rear bumper. The car is still being worked on but something happened to that really made me furious. My car since of yesterday got vandalized and had items stolen since in the hand of gp1 collision. The excuse that I got was since they don’t have any kind of security. No cameras. No security. Nothing that it isn’t the fault of the body shop my car that was left outside and in the position that theft can happen, no fault Can be placed on them. I’m guessing they have cars ranging from 50-120k in that shop regardless of the work in there on the daily. And you’re telling me you guys can’t spend 3-10k (that’s on the heavier side) for security on your clients cars? Still waiting to hear back on what the GM Mo is going to do since there were more cars vandalized.Service: Body & Trim

Zac is amazing thank you for all your hard work ! And taking my clapped car and making it brand new again. They work with insurance best place if you want the best results but have patience. ? Worst Audi collision center in the metroplex. If I could give 0 stars I would. They had my car for a week before they could tell me they could not get a eta on my bumper. They said it was because the parts are coming from Germany and they couldn’t get an answer on how long it would take to get the part in. This was not true because I called another Audi certified collision center SWELLE AUDI in Dallas and they said only 2 weeks to get it in. ??♂️ When I picked up my vehicle, my volume control knob was not working and it was working when I drop the vehicle off. Andy argued that they did not damage it when obviously they did. I have no intentions and telling them they damage something if it wasn’t damage I highly recommend anyone stay clear from this place they will rip you off and if they damage your property they will not fix it. Do yourself a favor and don’t let GP1 waste your time go to Sewell, if you drive an Audi.

The worse experience ever. For a BMW Bodyshop. I will never return once my car is fully up and running. I picked it up adapter being there almost 3 months. It’s not running right. Dirty and no gas when I went to pick it up. Had to get gas in a gallon to put into car just to drive to a gas stationService: Body & Trim

Took my Audi in to replace 2 windows and some trim after it was broken into. It's been there for a month, I call and leave messages for updates and don't receive calls back. I feel like the ball was dropped on my car. I feel like a month to replace 2 windows is extreme. I would steer clear of this place at all costs, it's a shame that the dealership recommended this place. Terrible customer service

Experience was great. Staff was nice and professional. The body work and paint on my vehicle was nice. They did an amazing job. I would recommend them the only thing is they may have your vehicle longer than expected as they keep 200 vehicles on staff at all times at least that's what I was told due to there business.Service: Painting

Jordan is not trustworthy, as he lied to me about my insurance company's assessment of the repairs needed for my car. I spoke with the customer service claims operator and had Jordan, who suggested that the repairs were not weather-related, on the phone. However, he continued to deceive me and provide false information. Later, the adjuster privately confirmed that Jordan was lying and that they simply did not want to do the necessary work. This experience with the business was terrible, and I will ensure that the owners are aware of the unprofessionalism displayed. I also expect compensation for the two weeks that they held my car.
