Simple hair cut. Salon smelled great. Non of the stations I could see had any licenses posted. Stylist station had previous customer hair on mat where her clippers and scissors were laying. Cleaned clippers, guards and combs with a 2” paint brush. Probably uses the same brush customer after customer since it looked worn. Unsanitary station with no disinfectant visible. I will not be back. Stylist Steph Salon #9711. Health department should do an inspection.

Joined the wait list. Wanted a braid. She told me they don't do stylings? I pointed to the services sign right next to her that said 'stylings' and she said they don't have a curling iron. I said that's ok I don't need a curling iron I just want a braid and she said oh no we don't do that either?

I've done better at home.
Rushed, unprofessional, and didn't follow the reference picture at all. It's choppy as all get out. Didn't ask at the end if it was good, and seemed to just expect me to leave. She seemed upset about being asked to fix it.
They were pushy about getting you to register with their system and the tip requested at the end was ridiculous. Default 25%, 35% suggested and an option for 50%.
Maybe if they actually showed any care for customer service or had skill, but not for something I could have done better at home.

She seemed to know what she was doing but when I got home and let another hairstylist look at it awful. It is choppy layers are horrible. VERY UNSATISFIED. DO NOT USE THIS SALON
