The store felt almost as spacious as the flagship store.
I actually went to pick up a specific book that they were the only HPB location that had a copy.
I had requested the book to be held and had to push out my appointment in the area, but it was still reserved for me. The staff was super helpful and friendly.
Wish I lived close enough to visit regularly. Everyone was so cheerful, it made it a pleasure to shop

They are poor in buying your items, they lowball you. Don’t waste your time. Have a garage sale or donate your items.

Worst place in the world to sell books. You get ripped off. I sold 185 bucks for a total of $24 some of them best sellers and current and a wasted three hours of my time waiting On them to evaluate them. Sellers beware

I LOVE Half Price Books, you can find some good things at great prices. Just don’t ever sell your books to them - it’s a huge rip off. I understand they need to make money, but buying a book from me for 20 cents that you’re gonna sell for at least $5 is a little corrupt

I love Half Price Books I find myself addicted to the quiet spaces. You can find in their bookstores the nooks sometimes I just get in the corner on the floor and I scanned through a book with the intent to buy from the very beginning, but I just like that togetherness the chattering The whispers then out of nowhere comes the softness of a nostalgic tune that you’ve not heard in years at a glance someone tapping their finger on a table or a book. It is so refreshing to see humanity merge into one knowledge, and that is to read and to know and share There’s nothing better than a bookstore. They literally anchor communities. They’re almost as important as a church. They anchor the community, no matter where I travel within a 50 mile radius of my residence I can find a Half Price book and it really give me great joy. The merchandise is well scanned. Books are not tattered or unfit to reshelf in your home. We’ve found very nice pieces to read. I often gift my friends and family if you’re going to mom’s you know we’re headed for an outing that day one of her places is a must stop you guessed it Half Price Books and we all laugh. We share our experiences of what we found. We surprise each other with small but meaningful books, CDs DVDs everything you need for comfort in your home does it get any better than that and to find the Classic ballpoint pen you help keep the American culture alive that’s life at its best and I just want to say that I’m very happy that we have your bookstores in our communities you’re helping to bring families together hidden opportunities of meeting new friends running into old ones and let’s pepper and a new husband or wife a future glance the possibility of a serendipity moment, it warms you inside and opens up your imagination, I love Half Price Books.
