Shoulders have been bothering me and when my son asked if I wanted a massage I immediately said yes. It was great! The massage therapist was very thorough, firm, and friendly. I was visiting my son and truly enjoyed my experience. I enjoyed it so I plan to go one in Houston

I normally have a good experience but the lady at the Arlington Matlock Location 2-17-24 time of appointment noon talk the whole time she gave me a massage I couldn’t even hear the relaxing music playing in the background…some of the things she talked about was not even related to her job. I couldn’t even enjoy a quiet relaxing massage.I have never had a experience like that in my whole life of getting a massage. I can understand if she was asking if I was ok or comfortable the normal things that are asked but to talked the whole time was unacceptable it was so bad I wanted to wrap that blanket around me and run out that room and ask could they give me another person that’s how bad it was and my husband Derrick Haslerig, paid 109.35 for me to get a massage… the experience was just terrible. ?

My wife and I had scheduled a massage for both of us a week ago for today @ 4:00pm. Yesterday, I received a call from an employee at the South Arlington Hand & Stone saying that the time was no longer available could we come at 1:00pm. I responded that I would have to check with my wife. This morning I called back to re-schedule and was told that we were still on for our appt at 4:00pm. A few minutes later, the "manager" called my wife and was told that 4:00pm was no longer available. Very dissappointing customer service!

Exceptional Deep Tissue MassageI recently had a fantastic deep tissue massage with Brooke. Her precision and technique were impressive, targeting specific areas of tension. I do not recommend this location. They are horrible. They don't listen very well when you're trying to explain to them certain situations, issues and/or problems that you're having. I do not recommend this place. Horrible customer service. You're better off going to another hand & stone location in the DFW area. Try the one in Presidio they have better customer service than any of the other locations around. After talking to several other people comma I find out that this location is the Worst in the area period I was told that they have so many complaints and I can see why period steer clear of this place and do yourself a favor and go somewhere else period you will regret coming to this location. I know I sure do.

My main reason for giving this rating is that I was quoted a different introductory rate of $79.95, which is what is on their website. Me and my boyfriend got couples massages and when we checked out, they charged me $10 more for each. I just went ahead and paid it without contesting because I did not want what was supposed to be a relaxing gift for me and my boyfriend to become uncomfortable. But the fact that I was charged more than what I was initially quoted did not sit right with me, and the next time I book massages for myself or family, I will go to another location.My second reason for this score was that the quality of my massage was not up to par with massages I have received at other businesses. To her credit, my masseuse did give me a relaxing experience but I have had masseuses with more effective and skilled technique. I don't feel that the issue was with the level of pressure but there were some areas like my shoulders where her technique was to just kind of squeeze them a few times, which I have never had a masseuse do before.My boyfriend enjoyed his massage and did not have anything negative to say.

I specifically asked for a relaxing massage but this was anything but.I had to remind the therapist 3 times for lighter pressure, I didn't think I should have to remind her a 4th time so I just endured and prayed it would be over soon.I had booked a 2 hour massage. Was on the table at 5:02 my gruelling "massage" ended at 6:40. Rip off.I started at this location serval years ago but I am DONE!!!!!!

Manager never responds to my concerns. I put my account on hold for 6 months. After 3 I was charged full amount. Went to the Arlington location was told “ there is NO 6 months hold, only 3” so obviously was misinformed. Wanted my money back, was told “ only manager can do it”. Left message for the manager. NEVER had call or email from her. Today I was charged full amount AGAIN. Really mad, went to the Arlington location AGAIN. No manager….. AGAIN. How professional. Canceled my membership.

Brook was AMAZINGGGG. I expressed to her that previous massages I’ve had left me in more pain than before I went it. She was extremely gentle. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will return to see her.

My husband and I were members of Hand and Stone Massage. We enjoyed our couples' massages and always had a good experience. The hot stone massage is one of the best services.Our schedules changed and we decided to end our membership. It's not the easiest process and honestly it should be. Forcing customers to jump through hoops is never a good sign.

The company in general is honestly a no go. Charges for literally everything EVEN IF YOU PAY A MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP! Horrible practices. The employees are not the problem. It’s the company.
