The unloading or loading is at the back of the store, easy access. We had the appointments at 6 AM and we stayed to sleep in the place. The unloading was prompt. They arrived at the truck due to the documents, strict appointments.

Worst store I have shopped at. Items promised are not available and when requesting a rain check on items you are refused. Shoulders are shrugged when the request is made. If you have a job your told to come back with a maybe. Knowing sales will be over. Not worth the inside club membership. Worst store ever

Mr. David is an outstanding supervisor. Although I don’t speak English, he took the time to explain everything I needed with patience and clarity. He never rushed me and made sure I understood. Every company would benefit from having someone like him on their team. If I could give 100 stars I would.

Harbor Freight is the place I go for generic hardware & tools. I don’t expect the highest quality from the merchandise , but today I was surprised that I had to tell Jackie that I was disabled to get assistance. I called ahead and asked for a product to be brought up front to the cashier station. At first she outright refused and I had to mention that I was disabled. Then once I arrived I had to wait for her to go get my requested item.
Let’s see what happens next time I need something. At that time I’m wiling to change this review.

Purchased a 5 drawer (US General) tool cart. Putting it together was easy. You will definitely need help putting box on cart. Awesome purchase.

Very clean organized store, I didn't have any issues with finding what I needed. The staff was very friendly, good store. The prices are very reasonable.
