They were a great computer repair company... They said they couldn't fix my son's earbuds, so they didn't charge me anything... However when I got the earbuds home they were fixed... This company is so good that they fix things even when they can't...lol... I kid you not these people are very professional, very nice, and extremely helpful to their customers... I will definitely be referring all of my customers to them, and I have thousands of those.

I walked into Hardin after being recommended by a friend. My problem was that the charging port wasn’t working and was told by a place at the mall that it needed an actual repair or that I needed to replace the phone. As soon as I walked in I was I felt welcomed and and explained the situation. He had me out of there within 30 SECONDS, my IPhone was charging perfectly and because of them I saved some serious money!!!! Thank you for your honesty and service Hardin Computers!!!!!

absolutely worst place ever. would never go again. made an appointment through apple and drove 2 hours only for them to tell me there technician is not in today and that I could make another appointment for something two days later. worst service and biggest waste of my time, would not recommend to any one with apple related concerns.

Got a pair of beats studio buds plus for Christmas took them to the technician at Hardin computer since they are an authorized apple repair store apple replaced my beats with new ones and he wrote on my tag that he repaired them make a long story short he gave me my exact headphones back. I'm sure he kept the new ones. I called apple and the Rep said that they have had many complaints from this store. And that she was also putting in a complaint

Never again will I use this place. I was told that my beats buds would be replaced cause of the warranty and that wasn’t the case. Apple has notes where the “technician” claimed that he repaired my right bud and that wasn’t the case either, I got them back the same if not worse. I was also told the technician is only available on weekends but they make appointments during the week when no technician is available to repair anything.

unfortunately they were not able to retrieve data from the crashed hard drive, however the staff is knowledgeable, communicate well and we appreciate the attempt to help extract data.
