4 stars I DO RECOMMEND,SOMETIMES he has the best deals on this ENTIRE STREET of dealershipsI prefer to buy here before anywhere else because it is FAMILY OPERATED and a MINORITY OWNED AND OPERATED BUSINESS.As a consumer it is your duty to research PRODUCT before purchasing6 reasons why four stars.....1. CARFAX is provided2. This is a business and Ali DOES try to help you when it is REASONABLE3. Ali had the oil changed before i purchased the vehicle upon request (transmission fluid looked poor but i did not bring it up and it came out of my pocket )4. The price i paid for the vehicle was NOT far off from the private market value so i AM CONENT with the price i paid5. i have put on 25k + miles and the vehicle is doing GOODthat means his pre screenings are OKAY (at least for this vehicle)it also was a Toyota which is already a reliable brand6. Ali is not rude, he may appear as rude due to his tone of voice but you must realize he is running a business and does not want to waste his time, for CUSTOMER SERVICE i give 8/107. SOME of his vehicles are priced ABOVE market value some are priced at DECENT value (this is his business he can price at whatever he wants) DO YOUR OWN MARKET RESEARCHi recommend you DO shop with HARRISON AUTO BROKERMy advice is to do as much research as you can on the vehicle and have yourself pre approved before shopping anywhere.cars are SOLD AS IS keep that in mindTHANK YOU VERY MUCH MR.ALI FOR THE PLEASANT EXPERIENCE !
