We had amazing service yesterday and today. Haley was incredible. She took time to show my wife and I around. She made excellent suggestions when we were stuck. We never felt rushed. Best customer service I have had in many years. We will be making a large purchase for my wife and I, and it is largely due to Haley.

Ok, I have to admit that I like going into furniture stores just about as much as a car dealership. My past experiences have largely been a bit lack luster. Either too pushy, too aggressive, or just too clingy while shopping. Haley K. at Havertys in Arlington broke all of those patterns. She was a delight!!! Welcoming, kind, and helpful. Assisted with fabric choices, styles and needed specific measurements. She helped me pick out a sectional that checked all the boxes for my family and our space. She even added some extras so sofa care will be worry free. Thank you, Haley!!!

Worked with Chris Reeves, we bought a dining room table and 4 chairs, also 3 counter height stools, very nice sets. Chris was VERY helpful through the whole process. We are currently waiting for shipment and delivery.

Vicki is very genuine and responsive. At no time did we ever feel sales pressure. Her client service is top notch and on a scale of 1-5, she's a ten. Thank you Vicki!
PS - Do not buy the Guardsman Protection Plan... they are unresponsive, unhelpful and am still waiting on a repair and will be without our Dining Room Arm Chair for Christmas cause of their laxadaisical attitude.

My experience was excellent for several reasons. First, I was in and out quickly, which is always a plus. More importantly, upon entering the store, Lori, your sales representative, immediately stood out. Despite being across the showroom floor, she eagerly made her way over to assist me in finding exactly what I needed. Not only is your furniture top-of-the-line, but even more, your sales consultant, Christopher Reeves, was a joy to work with. He knew every piece of furniture in your store and took us to the furniture we needed. He was not high pressure. He told us when the furniture would be delivered to our apartment at Mansfield on the Green Apartments. He is a class act and so is your store. We will definitely let people know where to get quality furniture and great service.
