“First, I would just like to say my first time in a GNC was such a nice experience. I had a ton of questions and the kind you g lady helped me tremendously. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.Secondly, the reviews from this Damon Bell and Kimberla Bell couple were completely unwarranted. I was the gentlemen that actually was shopping at the same time these two came in and they were immediately irritated. It was pretty busy in the store with 7-8 other people looking around and only 2 staff. The male associate was checking out customers at the register and the female associate was trying to help as many people as she could. This irritated couple then start saying “Nobody is helping me” and walking around disgruntled. As the girl associate was reassuring me that the products I was looking at wouldn’t mess with my medication this Damon Bell person gets in her face and says something along the lines of not helping them. She’s kind enough to apologize but he steps in closer and says “No you’re not!”. This guy is lucky I’m not 20 years younger cause I would have swung at him for that. VERY rude mean people! I APPLAUD the young women’s poise for simply disregarding the comment. 5 stars for her customer service alone!”

“My kids and I love the Wallaby vanilla bean yogurt. It was sold out at multiple locations recently and I took the chance to call this store ahead of time. My call got disconnected while I was driving but not only did the associate call back, she left a voice message to let me know that they're out. Saving me time from having to drive there. To me, that extra step she took to call me back instead of ignoring my question deserves 5 stars”

“I don’t visit the Matlock store often because there is a SK closer to me. Even though this location lacks a drive-through and is a longer drive, I prefer it to my usual SK stop.The service is efficient and the store seems to have everything in supply!!!On my last visit, I was greeted by a friendly person at the register. I hadn’t seen him before. He has a unique look, wore a baseball cap and, seemed to be a bit self conscious (about his appearance?).I just want to say that he is a fine employee and I am happy to see him working at your location.I did not get this gentleman’s name but if I had I would mention him by name. He was friendly and professional and was able to answer the question I had. My order was perfect!I also want to tell this young man that he has a lovely face and nothing to feel shy about❤️Vegetarian options: I’m actually vegan and appreciate the amount of vegan options!!! Thank you Smoothie King!!! Keep them coming!!!”

“Great staff! We were those people who came in at 7:55 and they close at 8pm (yikes!). The guy who was working was Anthony and he was more than happy to help us! We just moved from NC and felt excited as this will be our go to GNC since we live right down the road. We apologized for staying after closing time but he was positive about staying and told us to take our time! I love this!”

“I love this place! Went in yesterday to check it out. They have bulk household products with an easy process to bring your own containers. That helped me feel like I am doing my part to reduce plastic consumption. The employees are fantastic. They made me feel welcome into the store immediately. They even offered to bring in my favorite bulk product from Public Goods, the hand cream. I'm a new customer mind you, so that level of customer service is greatly appreciated. I will be making this health food store a frequent stop of mine if this store keeps doing exactly what it's doing. Kudos to the manager from one retail manager to another, you run a tight ship.”
