“Had an amazing experience! Shout out to Matthew! He helped my spouse and I out different issues we wanted to try and tackle since prescriptions were not working. Helped explain what the different ingredients tackled and what else we could pair with it. We really felt educated and comfortable with the choices. Appreciate his time. The whole staff was very friendly! There was this awesome scrub in the bathroom at the sink, we loved it and had to buy some! It is made by Jo, come to find out she works there too! Amazing product!”

“I truly love shopping at Sprouts, it truly is my go-to for the fresh, quality produce. Today I had an amazing experience with a Sprouts team member (Anastacia). She was absolutely amazing. Her customer service should be the benchmark for all other employees to strive to achieve. In today's society with everything that's going on, it's refreshing to know there are still people that'll brighten your day just by being kind, helpful and courteous. I hope Sprouts appreciates and recognizes employees like this young lady, because she's a rarity.”

“Such a good location! This was my first time in, visiting from out of town. I believe the employees name was Jeannie but her and other deli employees were so helpful. I just needed assistance in general and they were so willing to help!”
“My review for some reason didn't show up other than the stars. This is a great store! It's super clean, organized and the customer service is great. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was the prices are pretty high in the deli. This is most likely due to the economy and all of that. I used to come here a lot to get their fabulous chicken salad. But at $10 a pound now it's out of my price range for a meal. They have fantastic produce and items and the atmosphere is wonderful”
“I have two Sprouts equal distance from my house, but I now shop this location all the time because of Tracy, my personal shopper for curb side pick up. She takes the time to pick out the best produce and meat. She chats with me on replacement preferences. She is always warm and welcoming. Even if she isn't my personal shopper, there are still really nice substitute shoppers that really care that have been awesome too. Even when I go into the store to shop, everyone is so nice. Items are in stock at this store more than the other store as well, which is great because big chains don't carry what they do. Highly recommend this location and curb side pick up.”
“My Favorite local market! I shop almost daily at Sprouts in Southlake. The employees are all so kind and helpful! I am able to place grocery orders through the app as well which makes shopping so easy and convenient! Raenella, one of their employees is so great! “I really love this location..They always have great customer service when I'm in. I am a Massage Therapist and they are my "go to" place for Almond and essential oils..Every sales person that I've had an encounter with were helpful but for me Gordy sticks out. I went in for a specific oil and they happen to be out and he told me that he would personally order it for me and have it shipped to me. I didnt want him to go thru all that trouble but the fact that he OFFERED that as a solution was absolutely amazing..So KUDOS to him....”
“Been shopping here for over 6 years. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They have an amazing wide range of products and they will steer you in the right direction for your personal goals no matter your gender/age. Never had a negative experience here. Better service than any GNC ANY I've shopped at. Don't expect a chain retail atmosphere. They dont have their own products that they will try and sell you on. If you have questions or need their expertise you have to ASK!”
“Everytime I head over to Whole Foods Market , which isn't as often as I'd like due to distance, I always have a good experience. Rarely these days do you encounter employees that are ready and willing to help you find what you need. They always drop what they're doing to help you find whatever you're looking for. Really appreciate it!”

He told me about their current sales offers, and then showed me where the Jocko Go products were (that's what I was searching for). He actually listened to what I said.
