I've only gone to this office 1 time and I can say when I entered I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and felt right at home as if I had known everyone for years and my wait was less than 5 min and when the nurse came in and took my vitals she was so friendly but unfortunately I had a loss in my husbands family and at the time wasn't able to go back but I highly recommend Dr Hood to all of my friends and I will be back soon…Thank you everyone for the wonderful hospitality, and I will definitely be back!❤️❤️

I love doctor Hood and all the staff in the back. I however had very unpleasant experiences with the front desk staff. For example, I called like 20 mins before lunch and they left me waiting just to pick up the phone and hang up right away without saying anything because it was lunch time!

I give 3 stars because he did refill my prescriptions for me. He charged me and my insurance a total of $320 after his staff told me he would only be charging $208.83. He did no physical, no test what so ever because I refused to pay $320 (it's all in the coding) for a preventive exam, you know the ones covered in full. I won't be going back. Location good. Staff very friendly, office could use some work.

Dr. Hood is an amazing Physician, with wonderful bedside manners. I had a follow-up appointment to handle my high blood pressure issue.He cares for his patients, listens to us, and takes the best care of us with his knowledge in the field of over 35 years!If you are looking for a doctor for you or a family member, please make an appointment with Dr. Hood, I promise you won't be disappointed!!Many blessings!

I didnt share any comments initially, but I have been a patient of Dr. Hood for 30 years. He is very kind and patience with me and has always provided excellent health care. I am 71 and he understands the needs of his patients.

I had my first visit with Amanda Christine Azevedo @ Healthcare Associates of Texas. The entire staff was very friendly, polite and accommodating. Amanda was outstanding, she briefly introduced herself and then we discussed a plan to keep me healthy. She also gave me some cool tips to help me monitor my blood sugar and some dietary recommendations to consider to keep me more stable. Amanda is very enthusiastic and her and it’s evident that she truly enjoys patient care. She is the type of health care professional that is truly interested in assisting her patients in being proactive in taking care of themselves. She makes me want to do everything in my power to look after my health and that she is there to assist all the way!!!

Dr. Hood is an excellent doctor. my physical with him was the most thorough physical I have ever had and I am 67 years old. I have had lots of physicals. his follow-ups are great. I love that you don't have to make an appointment to see him. So when you're sick, you can be seen always. I highly recommend him.
