This place is horrible. Went in this morning to pick up our Tahoe/yukon that we had reserved since the 20th. We were not acknowledged until after a previous customer had rented a Tesla only to be told it had some damage to it and that literally while he was checking out the card in machine the guy says oh I’m sorry it’s been rented. I was like wow! Then after the manager are whoever he was finished with that guy he answers a call on his cell like we was not sitting here patiently waiting. Finally, he acknowledges us once I say out loud I hope we don’t get canceled sitting here waiting. And oh was I right, they didn’t have a Tahoe are Yukon but they had a rogue. Dude if I wanted a 5 passenger car I would have rented it. Then he had the nerve to say he called and left a voicemail on my fiancée number. That was a lie. So what he didn’t realize my dad just died Monday and I was on my way bk to Louisiana to bury him and he screwed up everything. Then they had my fiancée money tied up for 7-10days for his refund. The place is unprofessional and should be shut down. No wonder there is only one hertz in Arlington. I will never refer are rent from this place again.

Ubered and rushed here before 4pm to pick up a car. Nothing on the website said this location is closed. Worst Hertz experience ever.

If your Hertz rental has Continental tires on it enjoy the blown side while you'll eventually have every time I go to a Hertz place it's like everybody's first day No One Ever Knows how to do anything

A simple 0 star . I had a graduation and they call telling me they didn’t have a car - is 1:50pm I was supposed to get my car Saturday at 9am but guess what never mind because they didn’t have no car !

Horrible services, the cars you reserve are not available when you arrive your just burned and have to figure out where else to get a vehicle.

Very bad service. We go to this place twice and there is no car to rent, although there are cars and we book a day in advance, but most likely they do not provide good customer service.

If I can give a 0 star i would. My experience with this location is the worst I have ever encountered. I got in to pick up my rental and was told they had no car for me, no prior notice was issued. I my husband and 4months old baby were left stranded with no assistance. Take your business anywhere else but this place. Terrible!

This locations help was absolutely sensational. Avie worked w me and ensured she was there to help me when my reservation caused complications. She was absolutely amazing and made a stressful situation simply wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this location due to their staff. They are there to help you.

The people know what's going on and wanting to help. The location isn't bad. But pay attention to the store hours bc when they say they are closed. They mean it. Everybody has the right to protect their stuff so I appreciate how they handle their business.

Everyone at this location was nice and professional. Renting a car here through my insurance was easy, quick, and seamless. They even picked me up at the body shop where my car was being fixed, approximately 8 mi away. I rented a Polestar 2, an electric car. The car was clean and free of damage. They walked me through how to drive it, since I've never driven electric car before. Very fun vehicle, very zippy! Picking up the car took 5 minutes, returning the car took 5 minutes. Zero complaints!The only negative I have to say is my insurance's website tried really hard to screw up my reservation. It picked a distant location and a car that was unavailable (I will leave a separate review for State Farm that's not so glowing). This has nothing to do with Hertz. and both the original location, which was too far away, and this location worked together to make sure I had a satisfactory experience. After you go through your insurance, be sure to pick up the phone and call the car rental location and confirm everything! This will be true for any car rental service.
