I received outstanding service from Mr. Gregory Powell at Hiley Mazda Arlington. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He was patient and kind, and wanted to make sure I understood everything about my new vehicle. I could not have asked for a better sales agent! I will definitely do business with him in the future.

Greg Powell was amazing. He provided my wife, my sister-in-law and myself with excellent service for our purchases today. The finance manager as well Robert was world class with his attention to detail, fair and transparent financing. Would recommend these two anytime you are looking to purchase a vehicle.

My husband and I had been on a very intense search for a car which we found at Mazda but was not a Mazda by the way. We had the pleasure of working with Moses Garcia for our purchase which was not an easy process at all. He was genuine, did not pressure us at all, shared his personal experience to make the experience relatable, and gave his honest response to help us make a better informed decision. The best part of all is during our time in finance he took the liberty to educate himself about our car to better inform us about our purchase which was the icing on the cake. We could not thank him enough and wished we could have gave him a personal incentive for the job he did with us. PLEASE, if you visit Mazda ask for Moses Garcia and he will get you in your car.

We stopped in on the way to the Nissan dealership and ended up walking away with a ‘24 CX-5 Premium. Blake was our sales associate. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and very quickly connected us with a vehicle that met the needs of our family and had all the (not entirely necessary) bells and whistles I wanted in that uniquely Mazda gorgeous sparkly red color. He was not pushy at all. He gave us the info, presented us with the financing and leasing info we requested, and gave us time to discuss. They accommodated our busy schedule and let us come back a couple of days later with our trade in and to finalize paperwork, and Blake helped me set up the app and Apple CarPlay. Everyone here was so kind, friendly, and helpful. This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. We’ll be back!

Very popular Mazda Dealership in the DFW area. I had pleasant experience working with Carlos during a super busy holiday buying season of December 2023. Like any other Mazda dealership, this place has a lot of friendly staff who provide a great buying experience.

I typically take my car here for its scheduled service and request and receive a loaner. I am always asked if I'd like my car washed as part of the service. However, on my last visit, November 17th, 2023, as I pulled into the service bay and was met by Chris for check-in, I proceeded to inform Chris of my concerns that my vehicle tends to sound worse upon return after my services versus when I bring it in. Chris inquired was it a rattle. I advised no, more that it simply sounded rough. I asked if he'd like for me to turn it back on so that he could hear and he advised, no as the bay would make the noise sound worse. As we are completing check-in inside Chris inquires if I'd like a tire rotation. I asked didn't I have one last service. He said yes but we recommend one every 5k miles. I stated that the lady who scheduled the service asked me the same thing and told me that a tire rotation was recommended every other service. I eventually told Chris no as I did not plan to spend any more money on my car this year, so only the oil change. I was advised there were no loaners available that day. As Chris reached out to me throughout the day regarding the progress of my car, I asked Chris to please ensure that my car is washed. Chris texted and advised a car wash would now cost me $20.I found all of this weird and felt that I was being lied to specifically because I mentioned my poor car performance and because I did not spend enough money that day. As if there was a minimum cost that I had not met. The feeling came on as I found it strange that the person who picked me up once my vehicle was ready began to explain why there was now a charge for the car wash during our ride back to the dealership...strange as I never mentioned the car wash to him. So why / how was he aware of the car wash conversation I'd had with Chris. It was also interesting that his explanation for the now sudden charge for a car wash vs. Chris's was totally different. It's disconcerting for me to see the yelp reviews today for Hiley Mazda. Wow, maybe I should have checked into them before trusting them with my vehicle in the first place.

Came out to Arlington on a Saturday planning to look at a Toyota, but ended up stopping in at Hiley Mazda for a test drive and walked away with a new CX-90. The customer service was top notch, the sale process was without pressure, and the deal I walked away with was very fair.Carlos was my sales associate, and we worked with Ben the sales manager. I’ve had plenty of buying experiences where the whole process was just rushing me to buy a car while the sales folks tried to be as unclear and unhelpful as possible. My time at Hiley Mazda was the opposite of that, with Carlos and Ben doing everything they could to find the trim/color I wanted, giving my wife and I all the space we needed to consider our options, and answering every question honestly and quickly. Also want to make sure to shout out to Chris in finance who made the paperwork as painless as possible.I won’t need a car for a few years after picking up my CX-90, but when I do need a new Mazda or if friends ask for recommendations Hiley Mazda is at the top of the list.

Bad business. Take your money elsewhere. After doing most of the sale virtually I went to pick up the vehicle. The sales manager, Carlos, told me it was taking longer than expected because they were so kindly going to replace an air compressor for me. As it turns out, they never replace the air compressor and were stalling to make mechanical repairs to avoid the sale falling through. It was a cam shaft problem. So they sent me out the door knowing there was a problem with the motor. I reached out to the used car sales manager as well as the executive sales manager, neither of which responded. Like I said, bad business.

I had a great experience at Hiley Mazda. My salesman, Adrian was fantastic! He really worked to get me into the ONLY new 2024 CX-5 Carbon Turbo that they had so far at a price that I was happy with. They were also very fair with my trade-in. I definitely recommend getting a car here.
