Just purchased a 2024 Taos from JP Daigle as a celebration gift to myself after beating cancer ? and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. There was no pressure from the sales team, management, or finance. I was in and out and driving my car in less than 2 hours. And on a personal note, I want to say thank you to everyone at Hiley for the genuine care, concern, and wonderful conversations. You have definitely won over this lifelong GM customer.

First, my service advisor, Huma, was amazing. She welcomed me with courtesy and professionalism. She confirmed why I was there and the service process. The video with the talking service tech gave the process a sense of integrity with views and perspectives I have never experienced. I'm a huge fan of quality service and the Hiley experience was the best.

Dropped my car off for my appointment for an OIL CHANGE at 12:45pm. By 4:30pm, I still hadn't received an update on my car. When I called, they said they were BARELY going to do it. Finally they finished at 5:30 pm but told me to hurry up if I wanted the car back the same day because they close at 6pm. Manny is an unbelievably slow technician with no customer service skills. The least they could have done was stay until I arrived due to their slow service and lack of communication, but I didn't even get a single apology. Can't believe they left me without a car for a whole day for a simple oil change. Either go to a different dealership or avoid manny

Let me start off by saying, I have never had a positive experience with a mechanic. It's always felt like I'm just throwing money into a pit for it to burn. With this dealership, I had my first experience of enjoying getting my car serviced. I had been under the assumption my entire life that dealership services would far exceed the price of a normal mechanic, and that is true for some services that they provide, but these guys make throwing money into a pit much more enjoyable. I have not been this happy with my car since the day I bought it. Shout out to Richard, and all of the other people that made this experience so enjoyable. Y'all really made my week!

As first time Volkswagen buyers we had a wonderful experience at Hiley VW of Arlington. Our salesperson “C” was so extremely patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made us feel very comfortable and wasn’t pushy or impatient. We were given lots of space to determine if we wanted to buy or not and when we couldn’t afford the newest version of the car we liked, “C” quickly helped us find a used option. The prices were fair (considering the current market) and the finance manager (Marshall I believe) was extremely patient with us as we worked out who we wanted financing through, and what our bottom line was financially. As we are a growing family, we really appreciated the helpfulness and professionalism that was shown and we feel very confident in our decision to buy with Hiley VW.

Richard, my service advisor, and Mike, my technician, were great as usual. My car was repaired just fine. My final bill was well over $900 and I expected to be able to use the multiple coupons you emailed - oil change, tire rotation, repair. Only allowed to use the 15% off entire repair service for the visit. And I wouldn't think rinsing my car off before I picked it up would have been a huge ask since I spent so much. Such a small gesture of appreciation that was missed.

I came in with a car in mind and was helped by Andy. He made me feel at home giving me snacks and telling me about his life and asking questions about mine. He got me in a beautiful and new vehicle that I love, and explained all the cool features the car has. Overall was faster than other car purchases and I would 100% recommend to anyone!

I strongly advise against purchasing a car from Hiley Volkswagen. My partner & I visited the dealership because we were interested in a vehicle they had. During the negotiation process, our salesman (Richmond Brobbey) brought in his Finance Manager (Robert Spivey) to settle on a price. Robert's demeanor was disrespectful, he used a condescending tone and resorted to name-calling, referring to my partner as a "haggler." It felt as though Robert he was intentionally trying to intimidate us, which we both found quite disrespectful. He consistently spoke over my partner, disregarding his input. To make matters worse, during our negotiation conversion with Robert, our salesman Richmond was making light of our situation with his associate Jean Paul-laughing about a joke a few feet away from us. He then proceeded to say "We're not laughing at you, we're laughing with you" which was inappropriate given that we were not making any jokes at the time. Super unprofessional. Naturally, we decided to walk away.As we were driving back home, surprisingly, they called us back and offered the agreed price verbally. However, upon reviewing the final price, it did not match the verbal offer they told us over the phone. We noticed they included a $1,000 down payment that we had NOT agreed upon. My partner brought this up with Richmond, and he apologized, going to discuss the matter with the Finance Manager. Unfortunately, Robert, the Finance Manager responded by denying our agreement and engaging in gaslighting behavior. The salesman wanted to proceed with the deal, but Robert disagreed and continued to scream at my partner.I was shocked by the level of disrespect and hostility directed towards a qualified, paying customer. I have never experienced such an intense situation before.Based on this unpleasant experience, I will never shop at Hiley Volkswagen again. Save yourself the time & energy and go to a dealership that respects you.

Listen, two weeks ago I had an outrageous experience with another Volkswagen dealership. I had been to Hiley for service twice prior, but out of convenience of my location two weeks ago I scheduled elsewhere. That experience (at the other dealership) was beyond poor. I scheduled a week ahead of time, they promised a 5 hour service, they had my car for 8+ hours and didn’t touch it, they didn’t communicate anything with me, they were just going to keep it all weekend. I was so upset I cancelled the service and picked up my car. They didn’t even offer to reschedule the service.When I got back in my car I IMMEDIATELY called Hiley and asked if Blake had any openings in his schedule. He has taken care of me twice before and I know now I shouldn’t settle for less when my car is concerned. Blake got me on the schedule, and even called me the day before to see if I would need a loaner. When I dropped off Blake warned me that there were cars ahead of me, but it should be done early afternoon. I cannot emphasize how much I appreciate the communication and when I am ready to upgrade my Atlas, I will be coming to Hiley because of the incredible service I’ve received from Blake. He is knowledgeable and will be quick to explain things in layman’s terms so I understand my vehicle better. Excellent service advisor 5/5 will recommend.

My lady and I were recently in the market for a new vehicle. So we had made an appointment to look at a vehicle at a different dealership. When we arrived to the dealership we received an unpleasant service from the assigned representative, seemed like he just wanted to make a quick buck and send us packing, we left disappointed. As we were driving back home we saw a vehicle that caught our eye at Hiley VW. We both looked at each other and said “let’s check it out.” As we pulled into the parking lot and got out of the truck we were greeted by Jason. He walked to us and we shook hands as he proceeded to ask what he could do to help us today. We explained that we were in the market for a new vehicle but not sure what we wanted just yet, Jason then asked us if there was any vehicles here that we could see us driving in and enjoying and we said that this Jeep that was parked in the front. He offered us a chance to test drive it but was honest enough to let us know that there was a potential client also interested in this vehicle and that if they decided to go forward with the purchase then the vehicle would no longer be available. We appreciated his honesty and went foward with the test drive. When we came back we decided that we also liked the Jeep and that we were interested in it as well, Jason took a minute to see if the vehicle was still available but unfortunately for us it had been purchased. Things didn’t end there though, Jason had informed us that even though the Jeep that we test drove was already purchased, that they had a second Jeep that was getting ready to be put up for sale, and that if we were interested we could take a look at it. After Jason made sure it was okay for us to see this second Jeep, he took us outside to what we knew instantly that this was the vehicle for us. As we took it for a test drive, Jason was explaining what all the vehicle had and what we could expect if we were to purchase the vehicle with Hiley VW. As we arrived to the parking lot, we made the decision to go foward with this purchase, to which Jason was kind enough to walk us through the process and explain the details of what we needed and what was required on our part in order to move forward with the purchase. Thanks to him and his help and honesty towards us, we now have our Jeep! We appreciate everything he has done for us in order to make this a success! It’s people like that one representative in the other dealership that sadly give salespeople a bad reputation, but it’s people like Jason that help keep that reputation clean and honest. If you are in the market for a new vehicle and are interested in purchasing from this dealership, I strongly recommend working with Jason! There’s not a doubt in my mind that the next vehicle that we choose to purchase will be from Hiley VW and I will for sure be asking for Jason the next time I go.

My purchasing process was great. I was taken care of. I give this review 2 stars because of my experience in the service department. I brought my car in due to something wrong with my dashboard. I scheduled this service about a week in a half advance. The lady I scheduled with was tied up with another client. She asked her coworker if he would mind helping me, since she was tied up. I understood and had no problem. Once Richard started to help me things went left. He AGREED to help her, but did everything with an attitude. His voice showed a great amount of frustration and he was very rude. He answered a call while I was standing there and stated he didn't care about helping another person and that he was done helping her. He also stated it wasn't his problem. He then proceeded to slam things and cause a scene. All the other employees were side eyeing him and wondering what his problem was. He was loud on another call stating that he was suppose to go on break over an hour ago and that he's been trying to get out of here! All of this in front of me while I'm trying to check in and get serviced. This behavior was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I felt the head manager should have stepped in instead of just sitting at his desk staring at him shaking his head. Once my loaner vehicle was ready he didn't help at all. He rushed me to sign my contract and didn't ask if I needed help or anything. I had an infant and had to switch a car seat and everything on my own. Just not helpful at all. Won't be taking my car here again.

We got our car at this location, we had the best help from our sales man to the financial. I highly recommend this location if you are trying to get a new car. Answered all of our questions and they were fast. Our sales man name is Richmond Brobbey ask for him!!!!
