The manager of the Arlington H&M location, I believe her name is Amber, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Higher up management should really evaluate who you have representing as the face of your brand.

There’s was a 3 person line for the fitting room. Me being the 3rd person. The fitting room attendant, female with glasses and long hair says “The fitting room is closed after this guy right here” pointing to the guy in front of me. Mind you I had two items in my hand. It was 7:10 the mall closes at 8:00. Lazy, unprofessional and rude.

Don't understand why a business like this would have such rude uneducated uninformed employees working for them. You asked them a question and the guy put how am I supposed to know I really don't care! Yep that's the personal customer experience you get! Terrible terrible customer service h&m you really need to do better!

The Customer service is So bad!!!! It goes straight to the call center and not the stores….. that business model needs to be changed. We couldn’t get past my name on the call 🥴

rude as hell and lazy beyond belief male employee in the fitting rooms. if you can’t be bothered to help people into their fitting rooms don’t bother yelling at people helping their elderly mothers getting out of a shirt because she’s stuck. I don’t care about a policy about one person per room i’m helping my mom if she’s asking for it and I don’t need to be yelled at by some idiot for it.

If there is ever an award for the rudest, most unhelpful employees in a store, this award would go to H&M cashiers. They are rude, not helpful and purely mean employees to deal with. Make some effort H&M and train staff for some customer service.
