I recently visited the Hollister store located at 3811 S Cooper St in Arlington and overall, it was a great experience. The store was clean, well-lit, and had that signature Hollister vibe that makes shopping feel more relaxed and stylish. I appreciated how easy it was to move around and browse the different sections without feeling overwhelmed or cramped.
One of the things that stood out the most was the diversity of the staff. It’s refreshing and inspiring to see people from different cultures working together, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made the shopping experience even better.
However, I did notice that the fitting room area could use some improvement in terms of organization. There seemed to be a bit of clutter and it wasn’t entirely clear who to approach for assistance or how long the wait might be. A little more structure there would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.
Still, I walked away with a positive impression. Seeing a team of individuals from different backgrounds coming together with good energy and customer service really left a mark. It’s not just about clothes it’s about the vibe and values a store reflects. Hollister Arlington does a great job in many ways, and I look forward to returning.

look like they are Asian racist .
many times, I came to store for exchange items , they always find the reason to declined the request even through I showed the company policy. the reason are not logical and clearly .
today I already call to CS Holister and find the solution for my case . There is no any problem about exchange the item , if same SKU # , no additional charge or no any concerns , the client can keep same deal same price of the item at the purchase time wwithin 30 days exchange , exp: I bought a shirt $10 sale in white S , but I come to store and exchange to green color, my exchange is follow the policy and i will get the green shirt with no extra charge even now the shirt no sale anymore . The CS by the phone also dont understand why the store can not resolve the simple exchange . i also complain the store to coperation .
hope all staff can read the policy and ask corperation if you guys dont really understand how the rules work to avoid unfair for client .
Holister is not franchise store . so all store must follow the policy of the coperation .

Amazing just amazing. I got about five pairs of pants. Only thing I wasn’t happy about is for about five pair of pants in about two shirts. It was 300 to 400 bucks.???

The Latino girls working there had a care free attitude. They didn’t want to help any customers that walked in and kept ignoring requests from customers requesting help. They need to find another job if they don’t like dealing with people face to face, maybe a kitchen worker in McDonald?
