“We contacted Kimberly Lamb to assist us with changing the furniture, art and ambiance of our large living room and dining area. Kimberly came to our home within days and measured all aspects of our living spaces. Within two weeks, Kimberly presented us with a meticulously prepared presentation of her proposal of furnishings including rugs and artwork. We were highly impressed with Kimberly's thoroughness, listening skills, and interior design expertise.The day after her extensive showroom presentation, she put us at ease with all of our choices by bringing a cart full many elements of the design project to our home (fabric samples, rug samples, artwork, even a lamp). She even measured the spacing of the artwork once she arrived.It is rare to find someone who is so gifted in the artistic field of interior design and also highly conscientious and disciplined on the execution side. My wife and I have great confidence in Kimberly and highly recommend her.”

From the time we walked into the building looking for a dining room table, he was ready to help us weigh our options. He showed us different styles that would be suitable for our family needs. He also informed us of all the current deals that they had and ensured us that he was there to assist. Customer service is very important and Austin went above and beyond.Our family was able to find a dining room table that best fits our needs and also a great price $335 including 6 chairs. “We were making our purchase online but decided to come in and feel the difference in mattresses and we are so incredibly happy that we did!We have a king size bed, but we're looking at the queen size because of the price being expensive.Shanna K. greeted us immediately upon walking in & she looked up our order and put us on a queen and it was so small in comparison to the king. She also let us feel the difference in firmness and how different raising both head and feet together on one base vs separate.My husband had MS and he's disabled and most sales people move Too quickly for him and talk to fast for him but shanna was very mindful of him.Shanna was kind, thoughtful and she was very patient with us as we had tons of questions. We felt comfortable enough with her to ask all the questions we had and Shanna answered any questions we had honestly and even thought of some things we never thought of, which we greatly appreciate.Shanna even explained the process of keeping your mattress in great condition with the mattress protectors and how the oils from our bodies can still affect the mattress.Overall it was a great experience and we're so thankful we didn't purchase online bcs we would've been very unhappy w the queen and not being able to separate the foot/head lift separately.Shanna explained all the pricing and she even helped us with the prescription our doctor wrote for us to get the sleep number bed so we didn't have to pay sales tax. That alone saved us $500!!!My husband and I are forever grateful to Shanna for her excellent customer service! If you want a sleep number bed-go talk to Shanna! You won't be disappointed!Thank you so much for helping us Shanna! We can't wait to get our new sleep number bed so that we can start getting a greats night sleep!”

“You can find some nice clothing, home decor, and even furniture at Ross. It's just that finding some nice clothing is like a scavenger hunt, you have to look really hard because they have so much clothing. The shoe area is sometimes scarce but you can find some good quality shoes when you look hard enough. But just when you find a pair of shoes that you want, they sometimes won't be your size. Most of the furniture is reasonably priced. You can also find some nice jewelry. When going to Ross during the holiday season be prepared for long lines.”

Good place to go if you're looking for a possible match to other PB pieces you've found previously (you can actually call to ask and they will look for you if not too busy).They do keep the store quite tidy and organized and the sales staff are friendly and willing to help or answer questions.I personally like the outlet store more in San Marcos as it's just different, but this one is nice too.As I said they are helpful on the phone too if you're searching for a particular piece and are pretty knowledgeable about what they have and/or willing to look if not too busy.”
