I made a large order for delivery from this store on February 6, delivered on February 7. The order arrived with several items missing and a sliding glass door broken. I called the store and the woman (I can't remember her name) helped me. She immediately scheduled a pickup for the broken door, gave me a refund for the missing door, and reordered other missing items. After them sending the wrong item AGAIN, she finally helped me get the right item.
But I just noticed that I never got reimbursed for the broken sliding glass door. I called and told the associate my problem, unfortunately he put me on hold and never returned. After waiting around 30 minutes, I called back.
At this point I was very frustrated with all the issues and ready to completely stop shopping at Home Depot forever. I will drive farther to go to Lowes.
I called back and spoke to Javier. He was very respectful, got my problem fixed immediately, with the help of his manager Gabriel. The refund is in my account. Thanks to Javier and Gabriel, I will give Home Depot another shot. It's employees like these that should be commended and promoted! And they are the only reason I'm not giving Home Depot 1 star!
The Home Depot management needs to take a long hard look at the system and people in the online order/deliver dept. With the amount of missing items, mistakes, wrong or broken items, it is not worth it to order from them.

Our experience with Home Depot as the provider and contractor for our full window replacement project in Arlington, TX, was nothing short of an unmitigated disaster. The sheer lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic communication was beyond unacceptable. False promises, misleading information, and a complete failure to honor commitments made this process an ongoing source of frustration and disappointment.
As a result, we will never again consider Home Depot for any major home improvement project. Furthermore, we will actively share our experience with friends, family, and anyone seeking recommendations—making it clear that Home Depot should be avoided at all costs for such projects. The level of incompetence we encountered was simply too much to overlook.

O boy I don't have the time or energy for this one but, a clearance idem was listed they had one, but couldn't find it, got sent to a different store, went to four others and the never honored the price. I have looked online and found they had one back in stock, went back, and surprisingly, they never found it. The helpful lady in flooring helped me, and a department lead was going to give me a deal on a different model. Was going up to the register and the assistant manager got involved was raising his voice at the other employees and was a jerk, and then told he he would take 25 dollars off, wow thanks pal after I made two trips to your store and visited four others, you should have never even sent me to a different store. As they won't price match. Wish they had a 0 star I would have selected that one!

I guess this store doesn’t want to make any sales. I wanted to buy a grass trimmer( all liked up in cage.) I asked two different associates for help. They were going to “ send someone”. I’ve now been waiting 20 minutes with still no help. Guess I’ll just go to Lowe’s.!

Bad bad experience very bad customer service the worst thing that has happened to me at Home Depot, nobody wants to help and if they help you with a very bad attitude, please be kind you work to give a friendly customer service, I felt discriminated :(

Terrible online customer service and experience. They pushed me to get a credit card, bought online hallloween decor that was supposed to be ship to be store it’s been 10 days and the shipment is lost. Now I will have to wait for another week for them to ship to the store again (because they refuse to ship free to my home even tho it’s was their mistake) ano now they’re running my Halloween. Thank you Home Depot.

Horrible service and experience. Nobody will help until you start getting things done yourself. Want us builders to wait an hour for some materials while our guys out waiting at the job site.

This store is a giant mess for the PRO section. Nobody is ever there to assist nor get you out the door. Skeleton crew.

Terrible customers services. They had deal in store .Trying to call before i'm going there store. It took me more than 20 minute .They sure to be have items (4 of them in store still available) .But when i'm be there.They said no more.A supervisor told me some error price.She also told me i should to ask them by phone,let a workers there take it look to be sure they have it.Before i'm going to a store.I think she the one have to tell them that.Don't let your customers been there.Then Say something stupid on there face.Waive my time....i learn a lesson for my self.Thanks to not doing anything at that time.If you be at store.By whatever they have.But don't waive your time for any deal in online.
