I went in today to look at a Honda lawn mower. The website said there were 39 in stock. All the lawn mowers were displayed off the floor in a rack. How does one judge a lawnmower if it's off the ground??? And the Honda lawnmower was not there. Come guys...you can do better than that.

I don't think I will be shopping at the Cooper Street store again.....
I needed to use the bathroom (somewhat urgently), only to discover that it had a combination lock on the main bathroom doors. I had to find a Sales associate, and you know how rare they are to find.
I'll drive to Mansfield or Grand Prairie.

I will spare the details of my multi-layered customer service failure in this store today, but I will say that experience is no longer uncommon here. Customer of this store since day one. What was once such a great retail experience has steadily faded away. I can no longer see myself driving past Ace and Lowes to come here just out of habit. I’m a Home Depot credit card holder and I thought I’ll give my business to them instead of ordering via Amazon. I called the store to determine if they had a Rain Bird part, I was placed on hold, transferred and hung up on, and when I did connect to an employee, I was told he was too busy to assist me so I should call back. Therefore, I ordered my part from Amazon and it will be delivered tomorrow. Poor customer experience and service, Home Depot!!

DO NOT ORDER COUNTERTOPS HERE!
I have been trying to cancel the order since the day it was placed to no avail. They are holding my money hostage claiming the system is having a problem doing the refund yet no one can figure out how to override it. I need the money to place my order elsewhere. I will never order countertops from them again
