(Review of the Christmas lights)
This place has to make money in order for them to be able to justify putting it on every year. Costs of supplies, workers, and lights are high... I do understand that...
But unless you strictly want to go to look at the lights, it's nonstop cash grabs. Petting zoo, $6 for a cup of hot chocolate, $10 for parking (which, in Dec 2024, none of the signs said until you were way into the property and had already passed by enough lights to get the kids hooked; super clever).
Despite all of that, the light display is still very impressive and I do honestly feel it's worth the admission price.
So then why 1 star? Because you can pay extra to skip the "photos with santa" line. This lets your kids walk right into the house... in direct view of all the other kids who had been waiting. Multiple times I heard children behind us ask with disappointment and sadness why santa would let other kids skip the line. Y'all clearly did not think this through; this isnt your time of year to squeeze families. It's the kids' time of year to still believe.
We won't be coming back. Ever.

Update: I emailed them and they refunded my $10 parking fee after explaining what happened. I still maintain that there should be an immediate way to process that refund without the "hoop-jumping" process of back and forth emailing over a whole week to get a refund.
What a rip-off! I paid $10 to park my vehicle, and then they tried to charge us $30+ each. With 8 people, we turned right around to leave. And they refused to refund our $10 parking fee. We literally went right in and right out as soon as we discovered the bait and switch. Avoid at all costs unless you want to get hosed.
Just go to Interlochen. It's just down the street, and then you can stay in your car - Oh, and it's free!

Took my 3yo to Frostival and it was wonderful! Affordable compared to other holiday venues, easy to book online and pay for parking/shopping.
The music, lights and displays were very fun. Our favorite was definitely the “snow” exhibit. Very clean, easy to walk around and very friendly staff interactions willing to help take pictures. A free professional photo with Santa was great quality and not rushed at all. Highly recommend!

Always enjoy going to Pumpkin Nights every year. Frostival was fun but beware of the haunted house. NOT KID FRIENDLY.

Frostival was a must do for families and friends. It’s highly underrated and the food was YUM. I’m still dreaming about the Taco Plate from the food vendors

We went last night and we were dazzled and pleased. They had live reindeer that we were able to pet and they did a great job with the lights.
Even though the farm is open until 11 the vendors closed up shop before 9:30.
Santa was great and we would make the trip again to see him.

Came here for Pumpkin Nights-fall festival. Excellent walking festival show. Plenty to see, very family oriented. They added a Haunted House and Virtual Reality Ride this year, both excellent!

The Christmas lights are amazing. The event is called Frostival and there is so much to see and do. Also free pics with Santa was a better experience than the long mall wait and high prices. Tickets are a great price as well, I purchased them off of Howell family farm website.

The decorations and pumkins were really cool, and the fire show was entertaining as well.
The wait to get in will probably take like 15 minutes, and the scenic walk can be like 30 - 45 min depending on if you stop to take pictures or to look around.
I highly recommend coming here though.
