The lady Ervin sparkle was HIGHLY unprofessional! My spouse went to ask a general question and was made to believe they were having an appointment being set up but she was trying to file their taxes instead. Anytime I tried to talk to my spouse she kept getting in between me not allowing me to talk to my spouse and trying to talk for my spouse. Last time I checked she isn’t who I call babe and I’m not dating her. Extremely rude imo and who does that? Only 1 star cuz I have to put a star
